Their son Zeke is like Annalee, a hybrid, he is drawn to her and she him. She finally has someone in her life that is like herself. Someone to learn from and guide her through the challenges of being a hybrid and a teenager. Annalee quickly discovers her place in their world and finds herself, as well as her soulmate.
