The Valkyrie Returns And Slays Novels & Stories

"It's not a dream, Max. Everything is real. I... Fuck, touch... Why don't you... You're so dead. Emilia will kill you both" *****************************************

She replied, her fingers intertwined as she spoke in an enchanting voice. “Misunderstood?” I chuckled humorlessly. “Go on, deny it.” I hissed out in anger. “I see, the thirst for revenge must’ve clouded your senses.” She responded with a light chuckle. “Valerie, I would never pleasure in watching you suffer, in watching my people be at each other’s neck.” She paused and took a few steps towards me before continuing. “I did not send you back for revenge, I never did.” “Then why did you send me back? To watch my enemies live their lives happily like nothing ever happened?”

Maxine told him. Angela reached for a bowl with half of it said Shattered. “I picked this up when we were cleaning his cell.” Maxine took the bowl and shut her eyes as she he in her hands. “What’s she doing?” Peterson said. “Unlike archangels, Valkyries can trace a living or dead being's spirit so long as we have an object that they’ve come across the lieutenant said. “Perfect for fine soldiers who’ve died in battle. Or cleaning up for glorified prison guards Tina said.

For the first time in her life, her evil heart was hurt, and it was not a good feeling. ************************* Hours passed by, and all of Vladimir’s organisation was almost blown to the ground. The people he kept in the prison, the drugs, everything were destroyed. Valeria was still nowhere to be found; Grace was crying, cradling her son’s head. Vladimir’s eyes twitched in anger as he watched from the remaining CCTV as hooded figures killed all the men at the front. He recognised them immediately. “The valkyries sisters,” he said, then he saw Egan next. He chuckled.

" You do sound like a traitor, and after what happened to Donaerys, you've given me every reason to believe that you are" " Valkyrie, watch your tongue". " No, how else can we explain the fact that the werewolves attacked our key component in our fight against them, if not that there is a spy amongst us". " I have warned you enough", Valeria said, releasing his claws and standing on his feet. " What the hell do you think you can do?" Valkyrie said in anger, also standing to his feet and hitting his released claws on the poor table that never committed any crime other than keeping them apart.

The pressure on my throat vanished, and I dropped to the ground, coughing violently, air burning my lungs. Through my tears, I saw Iris. I was scared she wouldn't show up. I was scared it was my last moment. But there she was! She positioned herself between us now, eyes shimmering like dual moons, her aura enveloping me like a tide of tranquility. Her wings spread out behind her in brilliant defiance, and the earth shook under her bare feet “Ah… sister,” Valkyrie drawled, unfazed. “I always thought you were the wise one. But imagine… choosing a weakling to carry the pendant’s legacy.”

"Let’s just hope that never happens, because what comes after that, my dear daughter, is not something you would want to have any inkling of." Valkyrie swallowed, speechless. Her gaze blank. Casually, Magnus ordered his guards, "Clear the body." The maid—one he had personally chosen for Valkyrie, a girl who had been devoted to their pack since birth—was now nothing more than another casualty. "Your brother has returned. You should find a way to congratulate him, should you not?" Valkyrie gave a small nod. With that, Magnus bid her goodnight and left the room. The door shut behind him with a heavy finality, like the sealing of fate itself in Valkyrie’s ears.

"You did this on purpose. You deliberately found that medical team. You did all this because you wanted... wanted..." "I wanted you to die," I finished her sentence. I still remembered how, in my previous life, Valerie had deliberately crashed into a truck. I thought she loved Eugene so much, but in reality, she only loved the idea of Eugene. When their personal interests were at stake, those feelings simply evaporated. I did not stay to watch Valerie die, but we both knew she would not live much longer. Eugene refused to take care of her, and her parents were too preoccupied with Caleb's problems.

I corrected myself. “Angry ghosts?” he asked. “People I killed,” I explained. “So Ylva can exorcise ghosts?” “No. But Valkyries delve half in the realm of the living and half in the realm of the dead.” “Kinda like reapers for warriors?” he thought aloud. “In a way,” I conceded. He froze for a second thinking frantically. I turned to him inquisitively. “Ylva can sense death right?” he asked me finally.

Oliver took a deep breath, placing both of his palms against the wood. “Brace yourself,” he said, and pushed the doors open. Immediately, my vision was flooded with bright light and my head filled with the roar of hundreds of voices, all shouting in unison. “LONG LIVE VALERIA!” they cried. “VALERIA HAS RETURNED!” I put on my best smile, giving a little wave to the crowd. They just cheered louder. My heart swelled, grateful for the applause and encouragement. “Welcome, Valeria!” The head Elder, Geoffrey, called over the crowd. The din died down, our pack listening to him speak. “We are sincerely glad you have been returned to us, by the grace of Selene!”
