Too Late To Love: I'm Gone Alpha

Too Late To Love: I'm Gone Alpha

"What makes you ask that, Eli?" He gave a massive, full-body shrug. "Because the visitor crossed our borders, and then we packed our bags, and then you said we are staying locked in the annex until he flies away." He looked up at me, his deep amber-brown eyes entirely clear, brilliant, and terrifyingly perceptive. "Those pieces fit together, Mama." "The visitor is a powerful Alpha who is here for high-level political meetings," I said, choosing my words with clinical precision. "And when foreign dignitaries visit, it’s polite to give them absolute space in the main manor. So, we are giving him space."

"No one can see him unless they're on an approved list." "Well, we just have to get my name approved, right? Who approves the visitors?" I asked and Finnley gave me a pitiful look. "Only Cassandra approves them."

Visitors

Visitors

The weekend went by in a flash but it wasn't fast enough for me. I kept thinking about what I saw, why wouldn't Zaynab remember anything, it was unlike her to just forget anything and who would forget about seeing a bunch of fish people with glowing tattoos anyway? "Fish people?" I thought to myself. "Hello," Lokun's voice interrupted my thoughts, I turned back, and there he stood with the same smile he always had on his face. "Lokun? What are you doing here?" I asked.

The Unexpected Marriage Deal

The Unexpected Marriage Deal

The one beside me asked in a whispering tone. “Does this look like enjoyment to you? No, I'm obviously not enjoying a thing here.” I responded to him almost immediately, and he snorted. “You are a tough man, Aaron Walker,” Soon, we were done, and we're already heading back to the various cells when a corp called after me. “You have a visitor, Mr Walker!” He announced to me, causing my brows to knit together. “A visitor?” I asked, hoping it's whom I was thinking about and like my prayers were heard, there he was, smiling eagerly at me as he sat patiently.

"Are you expected?" "Ahhhh . . ." Shit. "No. I was, um, trying to surprise him." "Uh huh." He rested one hand on the top of the car. "Well, ma'am, I'm sorry, but we have a very strict policy about admitting visitors who haven't been invited by a resident. We have a list of names of expected guests, and if your name isn't on it, I'm afraid I can't let you in." He studied me in the dim light coming from the booth. "Of course, I can always call the resident and see if he-uh, or she-is okay with you coming in."

I loved this book, it touched me deeply. Beautifully written, characters & situations are well described and the story gave meaning to deep feelings that arrise from difficult situations many people face in their lives. I would certainly read more books by this author.

Such a great book! Hands down one of the best I’ve read on here to date. I went through all the emotions reading Mia and Leo’s story…I laughed, cried and got mad at some point through their journey of friendship, love and growth. Definitely give this book a read!

The sweet smell of seduction

The sweet smell of seduction

I am about to open the door for him to leave, when I am anticipated by three knocks of a visitor. “ Who is it?”, I ask before opening the door. “ It's Adam Arnault" the visitor answers. And I didn't know whether to smile with happiness because Jean would have to swallow his words regarding the CEO's claims on me or if it would definitely be all over today... ✧♛✧

RECLAIMED BY THE RUTHLESS MAFIA

RECLAIMED BY THE RUTHLESS MAFIA

"Let him come. I'm not afraid of Luan." The visitor's expression didn't change. "You should be." Clifford's eyes flashed with fury. "Watch your mouth." The visitor held his gaze for a moment, then nodded. "I'm just telling you the truth. Whether you listen or not is up to you." Clifford didn't respond. He just picked up his glass and drained the rest of his whiskey in one gulp. The visitor stood up slowly. "I've said what I came to say." Clifford looked up at him. "You think I care what you have to say?"

Too Late To Apologize, Mr. CEO

“Get up. You’ve got a visitor.” I frowned, staying seated. “I’m not seeing any lawyers today.” “It’s not a lawyer.” The guard opened the door, gesturing me to step outside. “It’s a woman. Claire Brooks.”

I loved this book! It was hilarious! And did g drag on into oblivion. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again these authors with there drawn out 300-1000 chapter books could learn from authors like u!
Sidney Siqueira
The story starts off a bit rocky but then finds its rhythm; the turning point unfolds gradually. I suspect the author faced some personal issues toward the end, but she still delivered a proper conclusion. It’s better than many stories that drag on for 500 chapters of endless nonsense. Best wishes.

LOVE, CONTRACT AND SECRETS

I stared at her in confusion, “A visitor? How? No one close to me knows this address.” “Well, it's not someone you're close to. It's Duncan's mom.”

The EX-Wife Returns

The EX-Wife Returns

At the company, the lobby buzzed with people, but whispers started when Calla walked in with only Neva by her side. The receptionist stood quickly and bowed. “Ma’am, you have a visitor.” She pointed to the sitting area. “A visitor?” Calla asked, confused. Her calm morning was gone. “Who could that be?” Her hand gripped her bag tighter. A visitor was rarely good news.
