I felt eyes on me. I couldn’t pinpoint where exactly the eyes were at the moment, but they were there watching. This was different.
I stood, dusting my jeans off; entering the field. “Come, brother or sister, let us reminisce, and enjoy some food and laughter,” I said, stopping and turning myself in a circle. I had never spoken to lure a forbidden out before, but times, as everyone was so apt to say, were changing.
