The World After The End

The last time I mentioned my engagement to Walter Reagle, everyone in the room went quiet at first. However, after seeing Walter's annoyed look, they all started laughing. "Who still believes in old-fashioned childhood betrothals these days?" "Is Ms. Lawson feeling insecure?" I ignored their teasing. I just looked at Walter, who was lounging on the couch with his shirt collar open, showing off the lovebites on his neck and collarbone. My heart felt like it was being stabbed. The pain came slowly. "We were too young to agree to something so silly," he said. Walter looked up with a faint, mocking smile. He gave me a lazy look. "We're grown up now, Emma. "Let's just forget about the past."

Si Jom Tan ay isang mag-aaral ng Architecture sa Kaicheng University. Kilala siya bilang cold, snob at masungit na lalaki sa kanilang eskwelahan. Bagamat masungit ay may itinatago rin itong kabaitan. Si Clowie Trugillo naman ay isang mag-aaral ng Fashion Design sa Senwell University. She is known to be the soft-hearted and kind-hearted person. She is also an Artist, she was once held an exhibit for her arts. Isang araw, nagtagpo ang mga landas nila. She was being friendly to him but he just ignored her. Pero hindi iyon ang dahilan para hindi siya magustuhan ni Clowie. Jom was the reason why Clowie transferred to Kaicheng University. In that school, nakilala si Clowie bilang isang spoiled brat na walang ibang ginawa kung hindi ang magpapansin kay Jom. She has many haters on that school but she was thankful she got to meet her only friend, Jeane. Napaka-pursigido ni Clowie na makuha ang loob ni Jom. She supported him in every ways she can. She doesn't care about what people say around her kahit pa nagmumukha na siyang tanga at kawawa. Not until, nakita niya si Jom na nagpropose kay Jelly, ang childhood sweetheart nito. She's badly hurt emotionally. That same day, she was invited to an event. She didn't know she'd be in big trouble that would make Jom loathe her. Mamahalin pa kaya ni Jom si Clowie? Cuba Toeli, merupakan anak SMA keturunan Italia yang populer karena kemampuan beladirinya yang mampu menghajar 6 anak yang ingin mengeroyoknya. Dia bersama dengan teman-temannya berusaha untuk mengungkap apa yang terjadi. Merasa ada kejanggalan dalam fenomena ini, mereka berusaha untuk mencari petunjuk petunjuk mengenai apa/siapa yang dibalik kejadian Rapture ini. -- Cerita ini merupakan remake dari cerita yang pernah saya buat pada tahun 2016 yang berjudul Apocalypse End, dengan konsep cerita yang sama namun dengan improvisasi jalan cerita, semoga akan membuat cerita ini menjadi menarik.
