The Omega Queen
Thompson's warriors trained hard and rough, barking orders, mocking those who stumbled, and treating bruises like trophies.
"Pick it up!"
A sharp voice cut through the air. It was Laron, one of Thompson's loyal dogs. He towered over a younger warrior named Jane, who was on her knees, breathless and struggling.

My hands clenched at my sides.
Jane looked like she wanted to cry but refused to let the tears fall. She pushed herself up with shaking arms.
I stepped forward, unable to hold back any longer. "That’s enough."
