Thor stated, his eyes flashing coldly. As long as one was against disorder, one would detest the Dark Kingdom and all that it stood for; and as long as one belonged to the upper echelon of one of the 7 heavens of the True Universe, one would know about the ruler of the Dark Kingdom and the chaos that it wrought in every world it visited. Thor hated that blade that dared to direct the living and would have loved to uproot it from its base planet. Alas, he didn’t have that kind of power; at least, not yet.

He stepped inside, his dark eyes fixed on Luca’s pale, heartbroken face until the glass doors slid shut, carrying him down to the busy, powerful world below. Luca stood alone in the massive, quiet kitchen. The silence rushed back in, heavy and suffocating. Luca wrapped his arms around himself, clutching the thick fabric of his oversized hoodie as another sob broke from his chest. He looked down at the cold marble floor, his body aching, his mind spinning. He had wanted the monster to make him forget the danger of the world outside. But as he stood alone in the sterile penthouse, Luca realized the terrifying truth: the most dangerous thing in his world was the man who held the key to his cage

But he would be by her side the entire time. As Nikolai drove through a bend in the road, he suddenly hit the brakes, lurching the car to a stop. As he looked over at Elle who still held a hand to her chest in fright, fury raged through him. Kicking the car door open, he gazed toward the cause of disturbance; an older man whom he recognized as Jonas Verbeck. Jonas was the alpha of the Monhowl pack; the most brutal pack of wolves he'd ever come across and a rival pack of his own pack, Selene. Jonas had always sought instances to get into a fight with Nikolai as he had sworn to take over the title of the most powerful alpha.

Thora still had no information about James and his companionsʼ background or origin even after being with them for so long. “We come from the Dark World,” Quattro said chirpily. Upon seeing the look of bewilderment in Thoraʼs eyes, Quattro smirked. “That’s right. I’m talking about the forbidden Dark World. The one alienated by all the Great Genesis Worlds and Micro Genesis Worlds.”

Thor’Al responded, getting worked up. “But I just—” “Look.” Thor’Al cut Levi off. “We did this… and we did this to them for a price so let’s leave and be alive to collect that price by the time the Dark One returns.” Thor’Al tried to convince Levi now. They were both very close to me. Since Levi was trying to get to Anika, Clord, and the rest, they would both pass by where I was seated against a pillar. And since I was blind and motionless, they both already thought that I was dead. My eye sockets didn’t look very ‘alive’.

The prospect of pushing beyond those boundaries was both tempting and terrifying. "What do you need me to do?" Trent's grin widened. "I need you to tap into your ancestral memories, farther and farther back. You'd done some of it already, so I figured we could start with the dragon ones first." He went back to his seat where his son was already sitting and pat his sons back with a wide smile. The third demon lord cleared his throat. “I too am happy that you are back with your family, lady Vastria. I am Lord Almas of Thorzan. Here is my daughter Arnenas Thorzan.” Arnenas stood up and gave Vastria a hug as she spoke. “It is a pleasure meeting you.” Vastria was taken aback from the random hug from a stranger, but she returned the hug. “It is nice meeting you as well lady Arnenas.” She smiled and looked between Vastria and Remus with a nod before returning to her chair.

Then another explosion and Allie’s voice carries over the field outside the old packhouse. “GET OUT OF HERE! BACK TO THE PACK!” She commands before shifting into Dawn and running straight to Shadow. Thor quickly bows his head to his female Alpha, making room at my side. A rogue tries to come at Thor, whose attention is on us, but Dawn jumps up and snatches him out of the air, breaking his neck and disgaring him before landing gracefully.

He had no control over his body anymore. “Sam!” the Boyce girl shouted but due to being restrained, she could not do much. His friends seemed equally horrified. “I, Dominic Dark, the Alpha of the Blood Moon Pack, in witness of the Moon Goddess, shuns you from the pack under the crime of breaking the 300th absolute rule. You shall never cross the boundaries of my territory or will be put under a death sentence,” I declared and enjoyed how his arms and legs turned completely disfigured. The cold air around started to gush in full force and the flames on the torches flickered. The trees swayed and the lit torches soon dimmed.
