Three Fated Hearts Novels & Stories

SLAP! A sharp sting exploded across my face. Sabrina was in front of me, her beautiful face twisted with rage. "You omega bitch!" she shrieked. "You took the Heart to your secret lover, didn't you? How dare an omega think she's worthy of being an Alpha's fated mate, of having an Alpha's love?" My cheek burned. But Lachlan’s eyes hurt more. "You disappeared for three months," he said, his voice pure ice. "You took the Heart of the Moon and vanished while the whole pack was tearing itself apart looking for you."

He peered back up and me through his eyelashes. “And the only way to keep you from going insane is to consummate both bonds?” he said. “Well,” I rubbed at the back of my neck. “You could also break the bond but I figured that was—” “Completely out of the fucking question.” “Right.” “So, it’s both or one?” Kairos repeated. “All or one,” I corrected. “I have three fated mates – well, four. But Thorne already broke his bond. I don’t really know what that means.”

“What do you mean?” I inhaled deeply, as if bracing myself. “Love didn’t work for me, Serena. My parents were fated mates, and my father still left. Cedric and I were never fated, and look where that got me. And Tristan…” She swallowed hard. “When I saw him kissing that girl. It broke me. I didn’t know we were fated then, but he still chose her. And he married her. I heard all about it at Moonclaw.” Serena exhaled slowly, something flickering in her eyes. “Her name was Cindalyn.”

Deadly. “You are the clever one. The one who called her was her mate, so she went to him,” King Alfred announced. The room tilted. For a moment, I truly thought I might collapse. Alexander’s jaw tightened so hard I heard his teeth grind. His rage was quiet, contained—but I knew that silence. It was dangerous. “Impossible. Even having two fated mates is extremely rare. But three—unless they are triplets—is not possible at all,” King Cassius replied, his voice strained, as if logic itself was something he was clinging to for survival.

His palms are slippery on the remnants of water dampening my skin. But Kian? Some part of me still isn’t sure. Some part of me wonders if we’ll ever be able to overcome all the bad blood of our past. My heart thuds and my stomach turns over as I stare at him, waiting for him to destroy me. To wreck me with some unfeeling word. I offered my heart up to him three years ago and learned what it felt like to have it broken. No, not just broken—ripped from my chest, set on fire, and left to burn to ash.

Sheltered from the shadows of power, he grows, nurtured by the warmth of a different kind of strength but with a desire to end the pain that binds the other two. The cloud then disappears and I am left even more confused than before. My brows furrow and I find myself scratching my head. "Who are they?" She smiles her mischievous smile again. "I should ask you, Liliana. Who are they?” I shake my head. They seem so familiar but for the life of me, my head feels like they are in the clouds and I do not mean this just literally. "You have seen three fates, three destinies. They are bound to yours. As you are bound to them.”

“Felt by anyone marked, like a chosen?” “How is it that you know so little about your own kind? Fated mates are tied, down to their souls. When one is unfaithful, that pain is felt because of the souls being tied. A chosen is marked, and they mate, but their souls are never tied together. How can they be when the bond wasn’t formed by your Goddess?”

“You don't really care about children, so you must have done that just to spite her. I don't know what you have against her, but you should know that she is not your enemy. Zara is such a lovely girl, the more you get to know her, the more you will like her” “What is there to like about her? I already told her I have someone who I love in my heart and that person is Zara, she is the only one whom my heart beats for, and even if she is dead I don't see myself falling in love with another. It is just her every single day of my entire life, so I can't be with her anymore. The more you keep pushing me towards that woman, the more I hate her and have felt the need to kill her”

Tilting her face toward the inky sky, she channeled the spell she'd written and pushed into Mara's mind so her sister could document her words. "In this the darkest night, I bring upon a curse to life. Love has been stolen because of hate, and in this act they have sealed their fate. Until three-by-three shall walk this earth, these two families will forever search. No love will last or ever be found. In this I seal, in this they're bound. Upon when three sets of eyes of green are born alongside blue of the brightest morn, only then will the fated see the secrets I have hidden from thee. Three tasks await to set the cursed free." She brought her gaze to the minister, whose face had gone ashe

I smiled softly at him. He stared into my eyes once more as if trying to look into my soul before beginning. "Fated is short for fated mates, and I believe they're known as soul mates or twin flames in the human world. A fated mate is someone who is your perfect match; your fated was created to mold perfectly to you, two halves to a whole. In our case, however, it's a four to one ratio. You were created for us, and we were created for you."
