She picked up Elijah from school, met up with Dorian who had brought them a delicious takeout dinner, and ended the night with a long, soothing bath that helped her unwind from the day's chaos. Before she knew it, Thursday arrived, the day she and Leeann were scheduled to meet with Kevin Trent at his proposed site. They pulled up to the location, and both women immediately froze. It was not what they had expected. The building in front of them looked like something out of a crime thriller, an abandoned compound, complete with peeling paint, cracked pavement, and grimy, dust-covered windows. The air had a heavy stillness to it, as if it had been long forgotten by time.

I have only 3 days left before miss Lauretta throws me out. I went to collect the bill for his meal,his girlfriend is a talkative. She talks like a parrot,I made to collect it as soon as my hands touched his,I felt a tingling sensation, I quickly took the money and left. He stood up and left. I didn't know him enough but, risks are meant to be taken .

His muscles flexed under his tight shirt and his jaw tightened. "Do you really believe that the only reason I keep you here is because of your parents? I am Damion Night I don't do anything for anyone unless it benefits me and my family. Think about that the next time you want to kill one of my guards and try and run away." With that he turned his back on me and stalked out of the basement.

“Twenty nights,” Kai Lennox murmured against Damien’s lips as they stumbled out of the elevator and into the penthouse at 11:49 p.m. The words felt heavy, almost sacred. Twenty nights of the same addictive rhythm, and yet tonight it felt different deeper, more settled, like the pattern had finally locked into place and refused to be broken.

He didn’t care anymore. With a sudden, violent motion, Damien tore through the fabric of the tent, his figure looming in the moonlight. The couple’s cries echoed through the forest as he toyed with them, dragging out their fear for his own twisted pleasure. Their frantic attempts to escape only fueled his desire. Their screams were like a melody in the night, a soundtrack to his cruelty. As their struggles weakened and their bodies went limp, he fed deeply, savoring the rush of blood—a grim reminder of his own impending doom.

I felt hypnotized looking at Xavier's splendor; this was the first time I saw him in all his glory. "So you're saying you wouldn't have sex with me if you weren't drunk, right?" He seemed as though he was challenging me, and his intimidating demeanor made me uneasy. "Yes!" I responded strongly, ignoring my fear. "You're not drunk anymore; maybe we could try and see whether you'd be as passionate in bed as you were last night while you were intoxicated," he threatened, steadily approaching me. I quickly grabbed my bag, dashed to the bathroom, and locked the door behind me.
