Thunder Cats Novels & Stories

My breath came fast and shallow, lips now dry. In the corner, next to a fallen bookcase, stood…an enormous male cat with shiny black fur. Emerald-gold eyes peered into my soul as he lifted his head to hiss at me. I blinked a few times. Yep, I've lost it. Because what I was looking at was a panther, and we didn't have panthers in Colorado. Unless I missed something, okay, remain calm. Remember your farm training. Who the hell was I kidding? This was a wild animal, for Christ's Sake.

The once ferocious beast now sat on the ground, resembling a tamed creature, far from the image that had made me tremble. Concern filled Jesse's eyes as he tended to me. "Are you okay, Carrie?" "Y-Yeah," I stuttered, my gaze shifting to the leopard. "Is he... your pet?" "He's a friend. I named him Thunder," Jesse replied. He beckoned the leopard, and it approached him. Jesse patted its head, and the animal responded with affection. "I grew up with him. My dad brought him back to Silverfang after his prowl abandoned him, probably due to his smaller size and weaker state. Thunder was dying when Dad brought him here. I took care od him and he survived. We've been best friends ever since."

Over 200 million years of history unfurls before her eyes as she learned about the intricate hierarchy and the rich tapestry of their past. The next chapter of her discovery unveiled the resurgent werecats, a species once thought to be extinct. The enigmatic presence preserving their existence amidst the brink of oblivion was the revelation of Alpha King Blaze Neptune Hunter's transformation into a Tiger form in the fateful year of 1983. He stands as the solitary living werecat, holding the potential to safeguard their ancestral bloodline.

Lightning flashed, and thunder boomed right next to the rising sun. "Guys, what's that?" "Oh my god! That looks like it's coming from where Great Master August landed!" "It's Thunder Raid! Thunder Raid of legend! This is Great Master August's show of his conviction to become a god!"

"Cat is me, Kelvin" "Kelvin? What are you doing here at this hour, get out I don't want to see you, get out!!" "No Cat please listen to me, I am begging you just a minute will do so please, just listen to me" "I don't want to listen to whatever you want to say so do us both a favor and leave" The rumbling of the thunder caught their attention. "It's about to rain so please leave" "No, I won't leave until you listen to me"

my baby started and I in my head I was sure she'd name it something similar to kitty, cat, cookie, something easy. "Yes?" I say waiting patiently for her to come up with a name. "Tiger!" she says excitedly, picking the cat up and hugging it, and then it all clicked the orange tabby wasn't just a normal cat, small enough to be one sure, but it's a tiger, an animal that doesn't exist anymore, and if I remember correctly, they are the kings of the jungle more powerful than a lion ever been. "How did you know?" I asked Katie, I couldn't even remember the name of the animal and she was one of the generation after the nuclear disaster.

She instinctively lifted her chin, pride swelling in her chest, wrapped in an overwhelming sense of safety. With a loud boom, the sky burned. Oscar unleashed the full force of a half-Supreme. Thunder cracked. Kitherglen's weather was always volatile. Most of the days were spent in blizzards. Now, black clouds rolled in, blotting out the sun, and lightning slashed the sky. Beneath the storm, Oscar looked like a thunder god. He summoned lightning, wrapping it around himself. "Marshal Snow, let me show you my Thundering Bruiser, the sixth style!"

The weather was cats and dogs. The black sky was lighting up with the power of the rumble of red and white lines. The thunder was trying to hit the ground. The blasts were so loud but the noise inside Jackson's heart was louder than any storm. The pain was unbearable but he was holding up.

Krasu emphasized. "Oh? Then let me hear you roar," Logo retorted, his words striking directly at Krasu's pride. The cat’s eyes widened in fury, his mouth opening and closing in frustration, yet no sound came forth. Although the name "tiger" was in his title, the cloud-thunder tiger was a member of the feline subfamily, not the big cat subfamily. It could only meow, not roar… Before, Krasu thought his meow was fierce, until he met a savage tiger…
