Puck Me Hard

Puck Me Hard

NOAH I got Dorian’s text three days ago. It’d sat there like a live wire in my inbox, marked as unread but already buzzing in my chest. The stupid little preview line haunted me every time I opened my phone: “Hey. I got you a ticket for the game. You don’t have to reply. Just come if you want. Please.” Then it was followed up with "No pressure." No pressure. Right.

Beyond Fate

Beyond Fate

Issa tapped it. "Welcome, fates. How can I help you today?" ReNew appeared, dressed as box office staff, stifling a giggle. "Two movie tickets, please," Issa requested. ReNew pressed a button, and the cash register drawer popped out with a ding. "Oh my!" she exclaimed. "That will be twenty dollars." Issa handed over a wad of cash. "Is this enough?" "Yes, thank you. Here's your ticket. Enjoy the movie."

One Night With Ex's Alpha Boss

One Night With Ex's Alpha Boss

As if he can sense the untruth, his right eyebrow pops up and his lips thin into a dissatisfied line. “Well, I have some friends who could change your mind,” he says with ease, dropping the hand on my shoulder to dig in his back pocket. I glance at the numbers on the elevator again to see it’s only a few floors away. When has it ever been this slow before? “I’m sorry, but I—” A fan of bills appears in front of my face as I try to turn away, stopping me. “Me and my little friends here could help you have a great night, free of worry and trouble.”

Derena Marie
I was excited reading through blurb that makes the alpha sound different than the cliché snob above his mate but at chapter 35 he is arrogant and appears to know more than the moon goddess deciding she isn't worthy..
Arlenya
Another pathetic damsel in distress story with the arrogant alpha male who claims to protect her, but doesn’t. By chapter 100 the main female charter is almost R*ped like 5times, each time the perpetrators are caught but never punished, nor do the MFC or MMC seek punishment, retribution, or revenge.

Thanks for Not Showing Up

Thanks for Not Showing Up

Back then, I liked it. But that guy? He was long gone. And me? I wasn't the girl who built her world around him anymore. My phone buzzed on the pillow. It was from Kallie. [Michael, this is the happiest birthday I've had in years. Thank you. I'm really happy. Oh, and I prepared a surprise for you on my social media. Go take a look.] Before I could even blink, the message disappeared. Kallie: [Oops, sorry Elsa. Sent that to the wrong person. Please don't be mad, okay?]

Shattered Vows

Shattered Vows

“I’ll make it worth your while.” He groans. “You can’t call me that and then talk about printing files.” “Say yes,” Jenna adds. “Before I text you a photo of my ding-ding to motivate you.” We all swoon, and he sighs, long and theatrical. “Alright. But I want something too.” “Name it,” we all say together. “I want five tickets to the Coastal Legends game next Saturday. VIP section.” All eyes turn to me. I pick up my wine and smile.

My Boyfriend’s Dad Is My Gynecologist

My Boyfriend’s Dad Is My Gynecologist

Prove you’re still the one who calls the shots. My thumb moved before I could stop it. I opened Mick. Tommy — you in? No crap, I thought. My fingers typed faster than my thoughts. Mick. Need a favor. Fight just went live. Big odds. No float. Can you front me? I’ll clear as soon as the payout hits. I’ve always paid. The blue bubble slid across the screen. I stared at it like a verdict. Mick’s reply came almost immediately. You always pay, yeah. You’re good for it. How much we talking?

No Longer Theirs: The One They Can't Replace

No Longer Theirs: The One They Can't Replace

"Mr. Fulton, I'm truly sorry for what happened today. My son soiled your clothes, and I imagine they must be difficult to clean. Could you let me know how much they cost? I'd like to compensate you." She waited nervously for a reply. All of a sudden, her phone buzzed with a notification. On Instagram, someone had sent her a follow request—it was Ezekiel. Seeing his name, Winter's heart skipped a beat. After a moment, she realized having his contact could be practical; it would make sending him the money much easier. As soon as Winter accepted Ezekiel's request, a message appeared, saying, "It's okay. You don't need to pay me."

I asked him. “Why should I pay them when we have a hacker?” he asked and smiled. “Twenty seconds,” Fred said as he opened his laptop. Adam gave him his social security number and within a few seconds the tickets were gone from Adam’s name. “Okay, I vote yes,” Adam said with a smile as he stood behind Fred. “Hang on, you’re going to vote yes based on some parking tickets?” Russel asked him. “What’s wrong, Russel?” I asked him.

The Professor Who Loves Me

The Professor Who Loves Me

“VIP tickets to Ophelia Grant’s concert. That will be in two weeks. There will also be performances by guest singers. You get two tickets so you can bring a friend. This may help you make a decision.” “Oh, my God.” I chuckle and press the tickets against my chest, across my heart. “I haven’t seen Ophelia perform live. This is already too much, but I appreciate it very much. Thank you, Mr. Greenwood.” “Please call me Peter. Julian’s like a brother. It’s only natural to call me with no formalities. You’re also welcome.” “Alright.” I chuckle. “I think I should leave, Peter. I have to get ready for school,” I say as I look up at my apartment.
