Time Traveller Novels & Stories

Patterson had mentioned time travel that it finally clicked. She was not going to travel through time. No. That had proven to be impossible had it not been for the particle accelerator over in Switzerland but then again, her own father had helped her return to her time without the use of a particle accelerator so, she still wasn't sure how far her own limits extended. Back to her idea, Natasha recalled how her dad—the Blue Streak—the first human to ever be endowed with super speed, had helped her get back to her time when she had time traveled.

“So, if they’re referring to time travel, then, they simply say time travel?” “Generally, it’s just travel,” he explained. “A person will travel forward in time or backward in time. So, they’ll say forward travel or backward travel.” “What about traveling from place to place in the same time. Like I’ve been doing?” I asked. “Teleportation,” he replied. “I knew that,” I giggled. “I’m sure you did,” he grinned. “That, and a whole lot more.” I raised a brow. “What are you saying?”

He said and took a brief pause. “One of my father’s inventions was an Interdimensional Travel Machine, which can also be used for time travel. When you get inside the machine, a black hole will be created and the machine will take you right through it. Beyond the black hole are series of events, scenes, places, and particular times which you see as a result of information previously entered on the machine pertaining to your travel location and place bla bla bla. You have the choice to go into any of them, and it’ll transport you there! That is exactly how I got here,” he explained. I felt like I just read another book after the explanation. “So, why are you here?” Hannah asked.

I shook my head; No Xander will just cringe at that thought. After finishing my meal, I slowly stood up. "Thank you for letting me stay here and for those pancakes, which I may add were very delicious, but I better go now." Cass stood up as well. "Go where? I thought you had no idea how you got here? Surely you wouldn’t know how to go back." Realizing this, I groaned. I still don't have a single clue as to how I ended up here. I needed answers to the questions forming in my mind. How did I get here? and how would I go back to my own world?
