A Marriage of Swords

A Marriage of Swords

But the image stayed with her: the broken prince clinging to the frozen one. Where blood painted the walls and madness as the only salvation. The next morning, a different crisis arrived. It came in the form of a mud-spattered, exhausted messenger in the colors of a western trade baron, collapsing in the main courtyard. The news spread through the castle servants like wildfire, reaching the ladies’ solar just as the royal bell began to toll a slow, ominous rhythm. “Pirates,” Adelaide whispered, her face ashen. “In the Serpent’s Strait. They’ve taken the Silver Dawn, a merchant vessel out of Cresthaven. They’re flying the Red Jolly.”

Alpha’s Enemy, Alpha’s Mate

Alpha’s Enemy, Alpha’s Mate

“It’s a doorway.” Dante paced behind him. “To what?” “Whatever Julian woke up down there.” “We don’t even know if it’s human.” Aiden looked up. “Maybe that’s the point.” Dante frowned. “You really think evolution’s hiding under the ocean?” “I think evolution’s waiting.” ⸻ They found a boat through an old contact of Dante’s—a rusted research vessel that hadn’t seen real work in years. Its name, half-faded on the hull, read The Dauntless.

Luna by Contract, Mother in Secret

Luna by Contract, Mother in Secret

Into the Depths Dawn’s first light crept through the forest canopy as Aria, Caden, and Elara set out from the watchtower, Rollan nestled securely in Aria’s arms. The air was sharp with the scent of pine and damp earth, but an undercurrent of unease lingered. They moved swiftly and silently, their footsteps muffled by the thick layer of fallen leaves. Caden led the way, his eyes scanning the shadows for any sign of Darius’s loyalists, while Elara followed close behind, her cloaked form blending into the gloom.

Joining His Voyage

Joining His Voyage

ani niya. Ohh. So kay Fauve pala ang gitarang iyon. Ipinakita niya sa akin ang mga kuwarto doon, kusina at lahat. Para itong castle na ship lang ang formation. "Are you all pirates talaga?" I asked him noong napagod kami kakaikot sa barko. Who would've thought na madaming stairs? "Yes but we're more like a voyagers. We navigate and travel. We study about how the world works and combine it in a book then sell." he said.

Dawn of the Gatekeepers

Dawn of the Gatekeepers

"Who are 'they' and just what world do you all come from?" Xander turned to face her. "We come from Eden, it's the same as your world only.... different. Someone there learned how to travel to other dimensions, they opened some kind of gateway and came here but they brought something from our world that doesn't belong here." At that moment images of another world started to flood Helena's memory, she could see beautiful green fields and massive cityscapes. The crazy thing was that she felt as if she had been there before. She knew that was impossible because if she had been there before she would be able to recall something from that world that she knew. The images in her brain started to br

The Mage's Heart

The Mage's Heart

“What is a Prince of the Fae doing in the fishing village of Ilith Cape?” “Is that what you call this place?” Rivyn arched a brow. “At the time of the sinking of the Hirewyn DeaLothe, we called it the Arianyrd Cape. The book I seek belonged to my mentor. When the Hirewyn DeaLothe sank, the book was sealed with magic into a crate. We did not get the opportunity to retrieve it.” “You were on board the Hirewyn DeaLothe?” Valhared leaned forward on the table. The conversation paused as the inn keeper brought over tankards of rum. “That was... over four hundred years ago.”

A brilliant adult fairy tale! Dark romance, fairies, sirens, mages, dragons, dark elves, mermaids, trolls, imps, spells, and quests. I loved it, an action packed adventure from beginning to end. Folk lore and fae stories truly came alive, I fell in love with the characters and got lost in the story.

The Twilight and The Dawn

25: He Should Know Dawn just ran fast but carefully minding her baby inside her stomach. When she saw a tree, she hid there to rest for a bit, and Jasper sought for her, using his sense of smell, since he couldn’t get her track just by roaming her eyes.

The Dragon's Stone

The Dragon's Stone

I wake up and notice Taran is gone. Letting out a sigh, I slowly get out of bed. At least I didn’t have any nightmares. Not knowing what else to do, I begin looking through dragon folklore. Though Taran and I have gone over things many times, I can’t help feeling like we are missing something. My searching doesn’t uncover anything new, so I look at one of the books Taran brought when flying me home. The book has spells and summarizes who, why, and when about the spells. I look at the summaries and find a name that sounds familiar. “Lyse Galno”

Darkrise: Dawn of Darkness

Darkrise: Dawn of Darkness

Her horn emitted a radiant glow that enveloped Lowan for a few seconds until his body absorbed it. "Hi Cass and Lowan. I am Bayani. I'm an Aghoy. We are known for seeking lost items and treasures. My gift for you will be this," introduced the one-foot tall man on Dalisay's shoulder as he handed me a wooden compass. "This compass will lead you to anything you have lost," Bayani added. This is actually a great gift considering I tend to lose a lot of my things. "My name is Luntian, a Mahomanay of this forest. This is Mahalia the Lambana. She says that humans can't hear her voice so I'd have to do the talking for her," said the elven heartthrob as he introduced himself and the fairy.

The Rise of the Frost Dragons (Blue Triangle Series #2)

The Rise of the Frost Dragons (Blue Triangle Series #2)

“Really? Then you must see Draconos Isles … it’s where the dragons have lived for thousands of years. I hear they even have a world of their own in a different dimension.” Mentioning the dragons had made Tristan remember the core that he had lost. He would never give up until he got his hands on it. It was only then he realized he had gone too far away from his plans. Instead of heading into Drava, the ship had taken its route onto Andorhal, in quite the opposite direction. And he had lost the orb. How much worse could his journey get?
