So, due to the pressure of the stairs, I gave him my brightest smile with my teeth exposed to the sunlight, and instead of taking the photo; Titan stopped and stared at me. “Alright, that's it! I'm not smiling again.” I protested, walking towards the passenger seat of his car, and he laughed. “Wait, Nadia, wait. I was about to click.” He said, but I was done with all those awkward things. “Unfortunately, I have exhausted all my smiles.” I said, and he chuckled, then went round to open the door for me. “I believe I'll still catch your radiant smile. Very soon.” He said, pulling the door open.

Titan still had the same amazing Amethyst eyes as his human counterpart and radiated strength. Ayla’s face was a picture. She had seen people change into wolves before, but I’m never guessing up this close. She all but had her jaw touching the ground. “You okay there, beautiful,” I ask, chuckling, my arms folded across my chest as I watch her. “Your breath-taking”, she breathed; Titan bowed his head to her and nuzzled her outstretched hand. “Ayla, you need to climb onto Titan’s back; he wants to carry you down the cliff side,” I tell her. She turns slowly to face me, her eyes bugging out of her face.

I walked back to the bed. Titan decided to end the conversation. “Let’s just sleep” Sleep? It's yet another strategy. I ain't falling for it. “You need the rest more.” I said calmly with a little smile on my face. Titan noticed that smile and frowned. “What’s the medicine for?” He finally asked. “ You look healthy” “You don't care, do you?” I whispered as I lay back on the bed. “Not like I don't care” “It’s nothing to worry about.”

Her eyes sparkled as she spotted me lavishing attention on Titan. "Hey, I hope you don't mind that I got him a new collar chain," she said, a hint of hesitation in her voice. I smiled, following her gaze to the bright green collar adorned with glittering diamonds. "No, it's fine," I assured her, chuckling. "He looks stylish." Titan, sensing our attention, wagged his tail, the diamond-studded collar glinting in the light. Ember grinned. "I thought it suited his personality – flashy and playful."

I was already preparing to tell him directly to the point the reason I was here when something hit my chest and my world stopped. 'Mate!' Titan growled loudly in my head, something he hadn’t done in a long time, as he tried to push himself forward while an intoxicating smile of watermelons and mangoes was swirling in the air, making me salivate in an instant. Whatever it was, I just wanted to eat it. 'Mate!' Titan repeated and this time, his words registered, making my body stiffen when I realized what hit me. I didn’t need to look around because I knew where the smell was coming from.

I take a mint candy out of my pocket and put it in my mouth. Rain hates it when I taste like tobacco. ‘Maybe you should stop smoking,’ Titan says. ‘It will make me happy.’ When I snort, he adds, ‘It will make her happy.’ If it makes her happy…. ‘I will think about it.’ The Full Moon rises high above the forest, and I start pacing around, impatient for the moment when Rain will appear. I am about to smoke again when I finally scent her—apples and caramel.

It had the face of a man, but the eyes were giant searchlights. On its chest, a large silver logo was etched into the metal: **AETHEL-GROUP: ASSET RECOVERY**. "Subject 01 and Donor 04," the Titan’s voice boomed, sounding like a thousand speakers blowing out at once. "You have exceeded your 'Independence' quota. Please remain still while your 'Conflict Data' is harvested."

“No!” Aqua summoned her courage and held onto the phone tightly. “Unless you promise me that you won’t chase me out again.” “Are you threatening me?” Titus sneered and opened the car door to get out. At the moment he did, his phone vibrated. When Aqua saw Sirius’s name on the screen, she immediately rejected the call. Titus had just lit up a cigarette when he saw her rejecting his call. He bent down and yanked her out of the door before snatching his phone back.
