At three or four o'clock in the afternoon, the streets of Maple Wood were very quiet. In a dark gray casual clothes, Mia has a big hoodie covering her head and face. She steps on a skateboard and slides lightly into the community street. She disguises herself as a leisurely pedestrian, skateboarding and looking at the scenery, as if she just came out of the neighborhood next door to play for a while and accidentally wandered here. But in fact, she had a clear goal - turning right from the second fork in the main street, and the penultimate house was Clint Wood's home.

Once I was settled, Mikey started running again. ‘Where are we going?’ I asked. If Mikey knew that there was a backpack there, it only means that he knew this place. ‘Somewhere safe,’ he replied but didn’t say anything more. Mikey continued to run for another thirty minutes or so before stopping in front of a very big tree. He lowered himself telling me that it was safe to get down. Once I was standing, Mikey took the backpack in his mouth and went behind the very big tree with a very big hole and when he was back he was in his human form. Wearing tattered faded jeans and a white v-neck t-shirt.

He cautiously walks towards us, no more running for this little guy, and once he was in front of me, he wipes his hands on his shorts once again before touching my tummy. “Wuna,” he said happily. Drake kneeled down and spoke with Mikey. “Did you get hurt? Do you feel any pain?” Drake asks. Mikey shook his head no. “Mwikey is stwong,” he showed Drake his tiny little arms and biceps letting Drake know that he was strong. “Wow, Mikey is a big boy now,” Drake said. Mikey nodded in agreement. “A big boy who can’t read,” Nori said as he approach us.

I pulled out my phone and messaged Keith. "What was that about?" I sent. "Mikey was at the gym earlier, he is on to us haha." He responds with a laughing emoji. "Is that going to be a problem for you?" I ask. "No, he is one of my best friends up here. He says he likes you too, so if I am happy then its like 2 Christmas's for him." Keith replies. "Ok, I have to go get back on drop so I will see you in a little bit." I tell him as dispatch radios for me to replace another guard.

I typed in the name of the Russian mafia organization, finding more articles than I had on the Voltairs. After reading a few articles it had become apparent that they had no issue ruffling feathers, acting as if they owned the world. I started writing down a few notes, startled when I heard a man clearing his throat. I placed my hand over my heart as I peered at Mikey. “I didn’t see you standing there.” He has something in his hand. It looked like a hard drive. “What do you have there?”

"Here he comes from the west side. Get ready." I watch the opening to the alley. Adrian struts into my line of sight slowly. "Hey, Mikey. What's happening?" "You're late." I scowl. "Oh I'm sorry. I didn't realize I was on a clock." He looked at me smugly. "I've got shit to do." He walked up close to me. "Well then we better do this quick, huh?"
