His parents are calling me and telling me that instead of sparing you thought it was a good idea to beat their son up?" I let out a laugh at the look on Axel's face every time he made contact with the ground, "El idiota ni siquiera podía defenderse de una chica." I laughed as my father's gaze became angrier. {The idiot couldn't even fend off a girl} I started learning Spanish with my aunt Tess, it helped us speak in private without fear of my father hearing us, so whenever I want to say something that I don't want my father to hear I speak in Spanish.

Dear Journal This is my first entry into you since I learned how to write. These are the first words I read and I am drawn in. She begins to detail her life gradually, from the moment she left her fathers house in Mexico till her coming to America and her search for work here. She gives a great backstory about herself and the more I read the more I feel like I know the kind of person she was. She was kind of like me; shy, closeted but still extremely ambitious hence her move to America to make money. I wish I had gotten to hear these stories from her.

Hi, I am going to write the next chapter in Diego’s pov and because he’s Spanish, his inner monologue and the exchanges between him and his wolf are Spanish too. However, I don’t speak a word of Spanish and I don’t want you to have to g****e translate the entire inner monologue. So instead I’ll write the whole thing in English and you can imagine it with a thick Spanish accent. In my mind, Diego looks like a young Antonio Banderas or like Diego Luna ( I know he’s Mexican, but still).

“Are you trying to mess with me?” His expression went cold instantly. “Look, lady, I’ve had enough of your bullshit. Either say the fucking password in Spanish… or get the hell out of this property.” I swallowed hard. Yeah… he was definitely getting pissed. “O-okay… tiger, calm down,” I muttered under my breath, raising my hands slightly. Bad idea. Very bad idea. His eyes darkened at that. Right. Focus. Spanish. I glanced back at the wolf statue, my pulse kicking up. My Spanish was rusty at best, and now of all times my brain wanted to go blank. Lunar… okay, that stays the same. Gate… puerta, right? And thirteen… trece…

she snapped still weeping. "Are you not? Okay then, I think Jose should decide that" I bawled and walked back towards Jose who stood tired was weeping his life out. I stared at him and smoked out. "ya que elegiste mentir, Jose debe decidir (Since you chose to lie, Jose should decide)" I bellowed in Spanish and immediately brought out my pistol which placed firmly on Jose's forehead… .

she pressed. I took a deep breath, a blush creeping up my cheeks. This wasn't just any story; it felt like the beginning of something special, and I wanted to savour every detail. "Well," I began, pausing for dramatic effect, "it all started with a wrong turn..." A collective gasp from my friends sent chills of excitement down my spine. Leaning in closer, I launched into the story, weaving a tale of a chance encounter, an unexpected connection, and a spark that ignited something beautiful in my life.
