Arthur was sure whoever was targeting the kroos was a powerful figure, even so he was sure, whoever that is, he or she will back away after knowing the Stark's got involved. The influence the Stark's wielded was terrifying, so whoever it was that was targeting the kroos, would surely back away because he wouldn't dare challenge the Stark's. Arthur chatted a little with Edwards' father, before he decided to leave.

The leader said casually. “Steve is a childhood friend of Xuanlu and myself. How could he be part of this plot?” Gary asked, also in disbelief upon hearing his friend’s name. “That’s impossible; Steve had never taken an interest in me.” Xuanlu also replied. “Whatever, are you going to come quietly, or are we going to do this the hard way?” The leader asked with an evil grin.

Stan assured. There's one thing I know about Stark, and that was the fact that he wouldn't dare to make problems on a very important occasion such as this. I waited patiently for Stark and Alan, who cake all the way to where I sat. I signaled for an extra seat to be provided for both mortal enemies of mine. Not only that, I saw another man among then, especially next Stark. Though I've not met him before, from the pictures shown to me while I was investigating Stark, it turns out that he was Alpha Tristan.

Tony revealed sadly, holding Rose tighter as her sobs grew. “TONY HE LEFT ME!” Rose sobbed into his shoulders. “I’m alone. I lost my mate, my Xavier!” “I know, Rosie. He left us too. But he died fighting. He took the brunt of the fiery attack so his pack could get away. He died a true alpha, protecting his people,” Tony whispered into the crown of her head.

Ace said, running his thumb over one of my wrists. I shrugged. "I need to talk to them about this. I-I'm not sure what it means." I admitted. "Well I do. It means you have two official protectors. Basically, if anything happens to you, physically speaking, like pain-wise, it happens to them too." Stark summed it up. I stared at him. "How could you possibly know that?" I asked him. "Well, I was rogue for a while was I not?" He winked at me and I laughed uneasily. This is what I needed. Laughters and smiles, not pity and tears.
