The room watched, and the second I was close enough, Torin’s hand wrapped around my arm and he pulled me down the hallway. Afterward, he performed three actions. Opened the door, shoved me through, then shut it behind him.Still facing it, he braced both hands on the wood and dropped his head, breathing hard, like something inside him was trying to rip out and he was physically holding it back. “I’m sorry,” he said at last. Just like that. No context. “For what?” I asked. He dragged a hand down his face. “You’re like a drug,” he muttered. “And I don’t do moderation.”

I tormented her until she couldn't physically or emotionally depend on anyone but me. However, I didn't understand the limitations of her punishments because I never had to think about limits. I never had to set boundaries, I never had to reflect too hard on how I had to proceed with torment. I didn't understand how much I was pushing her until her soul fell to its death caused by me until she no longer was the Zara I came to know. A mist thicker and colder than the outside started to envelope the tortorantula along with her . As the user , Chelsea could of course see through the mist but the tortorantula could not . It let out a shrill shriek that was fierce enough to raise all the hair on her body . The tortorantula started to knock around , shattering pieces of ice , letting out a huge bellow of anger . Chelsea leaped straight up, kicking off from the huge icicles , using it as a springboard, she shot out like a bullet fired from gun, landing right under the tortorantula .

“But I do, this will end the curse. This will end your reign. You should never have come for me Amber, you would still be alive.” The roots give one final tug, her body hitting the floor with a dull thud. She was practically dead, it didn’t stop me forcing my foot on her head until her brains popped out. Wiping my foot on the forest floor, I turn to look at Torque who was standing, smiling at me. “You did it!” His body starts to fade with the surroundings behind him, slowly disappearing until he was no longer visible and once again I was plunged into darkness. “She’s flatlining!”

The news he heard was not what he had hoped for. The call ended when Torin pressed his phone with immense force. The phone shattered and he let out an angry roar. "You've really let me down, Mireya!" Torin growled in anger, his emotions boiling over, his blood surging. His eyes blazed with a fierce, sharp glint and his breathing became heavy and labored. His fists clenched tightly, his veins bulging, and he slammed his hand down on the desk, splitting it in two. "Now you've not only ruined our plans and the hopes of the pack, but you've also endangered Phillip's safety."
