She lunged forward and hugged Mya so tightly they both toppled sideways onto the couch, laughing and crying and gripping each other like lifelines.
“Are you serious?” Trina shrieked, pulling back just to look her in the eye again. “YOU’RE serious?”
Mya nodded, tears slipping down her cheeks. “Yes. I’m really, really serious.”
“Oh my god,” Trina whispered, pressing her hands to Mya’s belly instinctively. “We’re going to be pregnant together. Oh my god. Our babies are going to grow up together.”
Mya let out a watery laugh. “Playdates at the estate.”
