Dan dalam waktu lama itu, kamila sangat sering menjenguk kakak Miko, niatnya ingin membantu Miko untuk kakaknya sadar dari koma, dengan melakukan berbagai cara konyol dengan sikap konyol nya juga. Namun lantaran terlalu sering menjenguk dengan sikap konyolnya itu justru malah membuat Niko jatuh hati pada gadis itu dalam keadaan penyakit anehnya. Di saat cinta mulai tumbuh, cinta lain tumbuh di dalam hati yang sama. Mengetahui itu, Miko tidak tega mengatakan isi hati nya pada gadis itu. Ia tidak ingin membuat kakaknya sakit hati lagi untuk kedua kalinya. Setelah sekian lama kakaknya koma, tidak mungkin bagi Miko untuk membuka kembali luka yang pernah Niko rasakan.
