Trevor Noah's Mother Today Novels & Stories

Let me explain more. I love you. I delete them without replying. Then a call comes in—from a number I don’t know. I almost ignore it. But I answer. “Hello?” A woman’s voice answers. Cold. Sharp. Like ice. “Is this Lila Carter?” “Yes.” “This is Victoria Kingston. Noah’s mother.” My stomach drops. I sit up straighter. “I’m sure you know who I am,” she continues. “I’ve seen the news. The scandal. All of it.”

he said. I let out a chuckle. "You're back with your theatrics, Joe. What's the matter now?" "Let's just say that the esteemed matriarch of the Taylor family is here to see you," he declared, bowing low as if I were some sort of monarch. His response perplexes me. "What do you mean? Which matriarch are you referring to?" Impatiently, he clarified the situation for me as I struggled to grasp his announcement. "Cassandra , Noah's mother is here to see you."

She had only seen Tristan come to the company and thought Noah was Tristan's son. Noah didn't know what she was thinking, so he nodded deliberately. "Yes, Tristan Shaw is my father." Linda didn't expect Noah to be Tristan's son. Her eyes lit up when she continued to ask, "Then who is your mom?" Noah guessed the reason she was asking these. Still, he answered, "Mom is just an ordinary person. You don't know her even if I tell you." Linda's eyes were full of smiles when she heard those words. "Noah, do you like me? How about I be your new mom?"

I answered sharply. “But you’ll let her come here” she pointed to Evelyn who had disappeared into the hall. “Maybe because she isn’t some sort of gold digger coming to me after leaving me to die, unlike you, you ungrateful…..” “Enough El!” Mother stopped me, her voice soft and low “All of you leave” “Bu…” “Leave!” She turned to Noah “Thank you so much my son..you can go home now” she smiled at him but glared at Tiffany.

My mother, Vivienne Freeman, was the Donna of Freeman Family. She had her senior engineers develop an advanced lie detector. It looked like a bracelet, and my sister and I each wore one. Whenever I lied, my band flashed red. It could supposedly catch me even when I merely thought about lying. From then on, the band seemed able to read my mind. Even when I kept my mouth shut, it still flashed red. Then Mom would find some way to punish me. I told her countless times that I had never lied, but she refused to believe me. She would not let me question technology she had personally approved. Pointing to my sister's dark band, she demanded to know why it never flashed and why I never told the trut

He replied, calling her the nickname he had given her when she was much younger. Samantha removed her gaze from him and continued eating, ignoring him like he wasn’t in the car. Noah was grateful for the silence, for he was panicking. He could not bear to lose his mother. This was something they had been preparing for, he knew that his mother’s work line was dangerous. Even though they were living with the Aaron’s, his mother would still go out for a jig or two sometimes.

Noah sat by the window, watching the familiar scenery blur into a collage of memories. Tears welled in her eyes as the reality of leaving her hometown sunk in. She clenched her fists, trying to hold onto the comfort of familiarity slipping away. Her mother, Angela, entered the room, her expression a mix of sympathy and apprehension. "Noah, sweetheart, it's time to go." Noah turned to her, her voice strained with emotion. "Mom, I can't leave. This is my home. My friends, my life, everything is here."

The real couple sat in the front, and she was just an unneeded passenger in the car. The way Noah sighed and stopped prolonging the problem also showed that he listened to his boyfriend a lot. It seemed like Tyler was the king while Noah was just a commoner who had no right to speak, and Jessica couldn't even shake her head to show her unhappiness at the moment. “Anyway…” Noah's voice once again sounded in the car, but he glanced at Jessica from the rearview mirror this time. “Next week is my mother's birthday, and she invited us to come to her house. It's not a party, but just a dinner together. Can you make time for her, Jess?”

I knew his mother meant the world to him, and I’d gladly be part of that side of his life. “Of course. When are you free? I was actually planning to visit her next week.” “Perfect.” The days passed quickly, and soon it was time for us to visit his mother. Kiara Marie Tenorio-Salvador 1970–2007 Kayden carefully placed the flowers before we sat down. “Hey, Mom. This is Noah, my boyfriend and fiancé.” He looked at me and smiled warmly. “Hi, ma’am,” I said shyly. “She’d be happy if you called her Mom.”

I retorted, "Your mom's health started failing quite a while back. I told you about it several times before, but you were just too busy taking care of the 'terminally-ill' Phillip to heed my words. That's why you were unaware of her situation for so long! "That day, I called you when the doctors were performing emergency treatment on her. However, you only picked up after multiple calls, and even then, you barely spoke to me before running off to soak in the hot springs with Phillip! Have you forgotten about that?"
