Looking him straight in the eyes I dip my fingers between my legs as I arched my back, the headache I felt was gone after taking the medicine, the only thing inside me was a mission to accomplish, he thought he could just play me. I go to my knees and look under the bed. Beneath the bed, I see a dark brown and black amulet shining at me, waiting for me to take it home. There is also a set of eyeballs looking at me.

Adam watches her quietly for some seconds after which she noticed a muscle tic in his jaw. “So, our meet in the hotel, you drowning in the swimming pool was just a strategy to win against me?” He didn’t know why he was asking her the question when he already knew the answer. Of course it was a full-fledged plan. She knew him thoroughly to use every emotions under the radar to get close to him. Elena with a fake surprised tone she says. “Wow. You brain is working perfectly.” She didn’t correct him regarding the part where he thinks that she tricked him acting like drowning in the swimming pool when actually it was the truth.
