We all knew that Jason's threat was not to be taken lightly. Both Kyle and Brett nodded in agreement, their faces set in determined expressions. I felt so thankful towards them, towards Arthur and Kyle and Brett. They were willing to stand up for me, to fight for me, even against the monstrous creature Jason had become.
