Theron's POV The day of the event was finally here. This is the day I officially put Twilight on the map. Another success to celebrate. Many of my past lovers have been calling nonstop to accompany me to the event but I turned them all down. I don't want any drama tonight so I decided to just go alone.

And I decided to change, to stop the drug lifestyle I had started and to take my life back. I opened a bookstore, which is doing quite well, I even have an assistant. It was much later that I learned who this mysterious man was. Calvin Lloyd, the alpha of the Twilight Pack. He had given me a mischievous look before holding out his hand, eyes as blue as the sky, he must have been twenty-eight years old. It was his hand that he had caressed his sex, I think I blushed when I recognized it. I didn't grab his hand and for three years now we've been fighting a cold war, me to hide the attraction I have for him, and him because he's a big jerk and nothing else. “So, he’s super fast and super strong?” “Why is that shocking? Aren’t our vampires super fast and strong?” “Yes, but not as strong as the wolves.” “Well, this series doesn’t get wolves until the second movie.” “There’s wolves?!” “Yeah, there’s a pack in the local native American tribe.” “Pack? That’s archaic.” “It’s a story, Max,” I finally huffed. “Can you just watch?” Maximus grumbled and dropped my hand to cross his arms over his chest. He did not seem to be enjoying Twilight. I, honestly, didn’t blame him. This movie was seemingly glorifying the worst part of our lives at the moment. And badly.

Twilight stopped giving out orders to the clones. The clones went into a frenzy and could not tell between friend and foe; they began to attack Twilight. One of them bit Twilight's hand while another bit her neck. Within seconds, she collapsed on the ground. The rest of the clones pounced on her. It was a brutal scene to watch. Everything happened too fast. Before anyone could react, Twilight was lying motionlessly in a puddle of blood. Larissa covered Vincent's eyes and turned her gaze away. The crazed clones continued to attack even after murdering Twilight.

“Put your finger out.” I do as he says, and I wait for the burn to come, but it doesn’t. I close my eyes to numb any pain if it comes. I slowly open my eyes to see why I didn't burn. My finger is glittering. I’m blown away. “I’m like Edward right now,” I say, grinning, thinking about the Twilight books. The author did an excellent job in a lot of things regarding the supernatural. I walk out of the cave, still masking my scent, and bathe my body under the sun.

“Ms. Twilight, I’d like to ask for your help with a case.” I frowned. “I think you’ve got the wrong person. I don’t handle legal cases.” “Did you graduate from the law school of Theophilus University? Were you Professor Ashton’s student?” I fell silent. The person was right. “If you are, then I’m calling the right person.” “But I really don’t know how to handle a legal case.”

My breath fanned his bare chest, and I saw goose bumps form around the area. “I know I’ve said that before… but I really mean it. I regret putting you into this shit storm,” I continued, proceeding for a while longer before finishing: “I can only imagine how overwhelming all of this is to you. I mean, who would’ve thought—werewolves with special abilities? What is this, Twilight?” At this point I broke off into a nervous chuckle. Some part of me half expected Hector to at least humour me, and so when he didn’t I glanced up, hoping to at least see him smiling at me.
