I wonder if I am the only one noticing their behavior. "What did you need to talk about, honey?" Bastien asks, taking my attention away from them. "What do you know about Warlocks?" I ask him. I figured I might as well jump right in on it. "I have met a few in my time, but they usually keep to themselves and their own matters. So why do you ask?" "I was contacted in my dreams last night by a man saying he was the King of Warlocks," I tell them, and I watch a look of confusion and worry cover all their faces except Levi and Luca, obviously.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find the answers that will satisfy my curiosity. I was about to turn off my laptop, when a link popped up on my screen. Without any hesitations, I opened it. There were only few words listed on this page. It says that there is an unknown author who wrote a mysterious book which contained everything about death, clock birthmarks, soul mates and ill-fated relationships. I spent time searching for it. The title of the book is Hidden and just like it's name, it was nowhere to be found. My mom and dad also accompanied me to the clinic where Callie used to check up but Dr. Alvidarez was no longer there. Same goes to Dr. Montressor.

CHAPTER FIFTY FOUR Adele P.O.V I was thrilled to be back to school; it was going to be the last session for the Wisconsin High school. Today was quite casual for the first Monday of the session as everyone head out to their various classes. I was searching through my locker for my Biology notes as I hadn’t taken it home for the holidays. The moment I closed the locker, I came face to face with Leila who was smiling at me. I grunted at the fact that Leila was subtly mocking me for my loss. One thing was certain, no matter how Leila would argue about the greatness of Throne of Glass, she would not be convince that it is better than Harry Potter.

She smiled, staring at her locket with mesmerization. “Me and my twin sister, Ruth, the one who sealed Persephone’s magic were slaves. Duke Leo’s but one day a knight came and saved us all.” Leona began to tell her and she doesn’t even know why. Words came out on their own and she didn’t swallow them either, sharing strangely calm talks with him. “Things were rough and you can imagine how bad it could be for young people who have no one to protect them, this locket was a reminder of our humanity.” She whispered, smiling with grievance.

Prince Dustin grab on to it and enticed her more. “Yes. Though ours bask in darkness, unlike Constancia. The kingdom housed mighty shapeshifters. Oh, and an enchanted garden that rivals the Mirror of the Moon!” Luna bit on her lower lip as she contemplated. To visit another of the three kingdom is a very tempting idea. Since coming in the Land of Lore, she’d only been in Constancia. She had always wondered what the other two kingdoms were like. Her imagination working on overdrive. Then again for the second time that day, Wulfric’s warning rang loud in her mind.

“It’s not the smell of flowers. It’s the scent of the departed souls. Take note of it so that when I visit you someday after I have joined my ancestors, you would remember to give me water. Your grandpa came to visit us, so I had to give him water to continue his journey home. “I’m sure that, from the ancestral world, your grandpa is giving you his backing on the adventure of love that you will soon embark on. You may doubt it because your so-called education and books tells you nothing about these things. But trust me Quasi, whatever happens in the material world first happen in the world of the unseen.”

Upon seeing this, the witches quickly retreated, "We shall meet again, Vampire King. Our Master is not done with you yet. " Leona angrily shouted before doing some spell, causing some portal to appear and escaping with her sisters. I continued to sit there on the floor with my head down, and a defeated look on my face. This had just been the worst Prom ever. I felt humiliated and hopeless as I thought of how Drakes with his cronies had so easily defeated and mocked me. This whole fight had only proved that I was weak and not invincible as I thought. Even with the Amulet, I stood no chance against them and their magic!

“ I will see you later, doll. “Alpha Raven said and Antheia flashed him a sweet smile and a nod to Crowden. “ Save me some dinner downstairs, girly.“ Crowden uttered. “ You are staying for dinner? “ she exclaimed happily. “Yup.“ Crowden said and Antheia just replied with a joyous “okiee“ before heading out of the door. As she walked down the staircase, Lea entered the living area with two golden envelopes in her hand. “Luna Antheia, an invitation came for you and for the Alpha.” she said, handing Antheia her invitation and asking for the Alpha. “I will just hand this to him later.” Antheia said, knowing that Crowden is in the house, and Lea is not aware of the situation of the twins. She raises her eyes, feeling a third child hugging her awkwardly, with their small arms that only encircle her waist. Rhea gives a smile, trying to fit the four children into her arms. “Sorry about that… are these little brats bothering you?” The girl says with a regretful sigh, putting her hands on her waist, “Come on, kids… You can't hug her like that, she's our King's Luna.” Upon hearing the mention of the King, the children flinch, shrugging their shoulders and bowing their heads, losing their silly smiles and bright eyes. This reaction causes a sudden discomfort in Rhea's chest, which twists, aches and hammers.

Shannon POV I could feel my anger rising, my heart beating hard, my feet trembling, my head flaming and I gnashed my teeth. I could feel my anger rising so badly that I had to clutch my hands to control my rising anger. "I am the one that is worth this position, not her and I can't allow her to have it." I growled in my head. My twin sister, Sharon, was about to be crowned the ambassador of the Blue Moon pack. I had always craved this position but she just came from nowhere and snatched it away from me just like that.
