Reborn, Pregnant, and Plotting

Reborn, Pregnant, and Plotting

both boys said together, like that was common sense. The harvest was amazing. For now, only potatoes and pumpkins were giving heavy output, but that was still more than enough to make people lose their minds. The trees had grown fast, thick trunks and clean leaves already standing where bare dirt had been only days earlier, but they had not flowered yet. The peppers and grains were close, pushing through the soil with stubborn little shoots, but they needed more time. Still, even with only potatoes and pumpkins, the whole settlement looked like a miracle had crawled out of the dirt and decided to stay.

Mechanic or Luna

Mechanic or Luna

“Okay, is everyone ready?” Jo stood in front of everyone. “First one is sweet potatoes.” Most of the women nodded, and the guys looked confused. “That’s gross.” Coy groaned. “Who even eats those things?” “Babies.” Jo smirked. “Next one is green beans.” When no one said anything, she continued. “Pears.” “Why is it like yellow?” Landon looked back at number 3’s diaper. “Forth one is peas.” Jo was smiling at him. “Fifth is sweet corn.”

The billionaire’s contracted wife

The billionaire’s contracted wife

Inside: a pair of seed pods. “I found these in Adamma’s village,” he said. “They grow slow. But they last.” Lena looked down at the pods in her hand. “I think it’s time we plant something that doesn’t need to be protected… just nurtured.” Carson nodded. “And not under surveillance.” She laughed softly. “For once.” As dawn broke over Geneva, Lena walked into the garden and planted the first seed beside the other trees. No ceremony. No speech. Just quiet. Just peace.

Yellow Sun Academy

Yellow Sun Academy

"Okay. Hey, quick question. Are you taller than your IQ?" When the large boy hears this again, steam shoots out of his ears. He looks ready to hit Hothead with the giant mace beside him but he doesn't. I imagine it's solely because we're in class. Professor Purdue goes on to ask the students a series of questions about more plants he keeps under glass displays. "Those are called fiddlehead beans," Alodia answers after the Professor puts on his desk a bunch of small green and brown beans. "They tasted bitter and are hard to chew but are an excellent source of energy."

Chasing His Silent Luna Back

Chasing His Silent Luna Back

"Please, Ms. Tessa, continue your lesson as usual." I blink once, twice, gaze flicking between Evander and Mira, then back to my kids. "Right," I stammer. "I–okay, class. So when plants take in sunlight, carbon dioxide, and water, they produce their own food through a process called photosynthesis…" As I carry on with my lesson, I can hear two of my TAs behind me giggling and gossiping. "Do you think they’re here together?" One asks. "Of course!" The other says immediately. "I mean, look at them! They’re such a good match, and they seem so happy together…"

Second chance at happiness

Second chance at happiness

She liked him more for being himself… “I promise…” Mira childishly raised three fingers to the heavens “I only have to return this work next Friday…. I promise I won’t make you worry…” Mira blinked innocently as she coaxed. “Alright…” Mira and Jack planted the remaining seeds for Cabbage, r****h, turnip, lettuce, eggplant, cucumbers, carrots, parsnips, peas and salsify seeds in the small sack-like bags that they had got from Joe’s shop when they bought the seeds. She added a little soil from space. She had a feeling that this would make it grow faster and left the bags in space after sprinkling water from the stream in space.

The Charmer

The Charmer

Jasmine chuckled, and he added impishly, “They made very useful stink bombs, though. It took weeks to get the smell out of our rival cadet’s barracks.” She smirked. “Making friends and influencing people even then, huh?” He gave her a sidelong glance but didn’t take the bait. Instead, he gestured to another plant, an interesting specimen with long pods growing directly from the trunk. “The cacao tree. The chocolate you love so much grows in these pods.”

A very good story. I loved its uniqueness and it's richness. The world you created was vast, imaginative, and the Adventure was exciting, heart warming, and often funny. The characters had depth, flaws, and they always kept me guessing. I loved it. I can't wait to read the sequals.

This would probably be one of my favorite novels in this platform. Beautifully written chapters, and a very well-made plot. You can't help but be enchanted by the characters of the book as well. I had fun reading it up to the end.

The Alpha's Slave Mate

The Alpha's Slave Mate

Hailey’s POV: I knelt among the rows of green bean plants, plucking the long slender pods from the vines. "Once the green pods are long and crisp, but not yet swollen and round from the beans inside, pick them off the plant," my mother had instructed. She had given me the chore of harvesting 5000 green beans as punishment. My mother thought the tedious task would teach me a lesson, that keeping track of her every movement was wrong. But she was wrong to try and hide things from me. I vowed the punishment would not deter me from monitoring her suspicious behavior.

Moonlit Secrets

Moonlit Secrets

"Are we planting squash and oats?" Aria smiled at him. "We have other fields for the squash and the oats," she answered gently. "Today, we are planting something just as important as food. We are planting medicine. We are planting the things that will keep our families strong when the fevers come, and the things that will mend our bones when we fall." She reached into the deep pocket of her canvas apron and pulled out a small, dried pod. She held it up between her thumb and forefinger so the children could see it clearly.
