between Leo and Lila 💔 The sun hung low in the sky as I unlocked the door to my modest new apartment. It wasn’t much—a small one-bedroom on the outskirts of the city—but it was mine, a blank canvas where I could start fresh. My content creation career had taken off more than I ever expected, with brand collaborations and growing followers pushing me into a whirlwind of opportunities. But with this success came challenges. Managing my workload, navigating my new life, and keeping my relationship with Leo alive across the distance felt like juggling too many things at once.

This wasn’t over. Not by a long shot.

I broke the silence which made both brothers look at me in confusion. "What do you mean?" They asked at the same time which made me clear my throat, "well you see I would love to spend the date just with the people who asked me out, somewhere quiet where it's just you and me well now you two and me." I said gestured to both as I finished my food and cleaned my mouth.

Amber mumbles after giving me a slight shrug, and I nod. "We are safe. We are hours from the airstrip we used, and humans know this pack as a group of ingenious people who don't like outsiders. The only thing that might give us away is how we look. But they would have to get close first...Oh, I almost forgot. Two humans are mates to two males here. My theory is looking correct," I say, trying to think of every single positive thing I can tell her. "Was one Dany," she asks curiously, and I shake my head.

Who else would know the man beneath the headlines? Natalie smiled faintly. He had always come back before. Still, she couldn’t ignore the tightening in her chest when she thought about the wedding and how Ingrid was at the forefront pushing for it too. The announcement had been everywhere Darren and Celeste, set to marry in what the press was already calling the union of the year. The headlines had been maddening. She imagined Darren in a perfectly tailored suit, Celeste’s arm looped through his, smiling like she had already won.

A loud deep voice cuts him off and we spin around to face a rather greying version of Orion, everything thing about this man looks extremely serious, he's a foot below him, the same facial features and a similar gait, they'd be quite inseparable save for the greying edges in his in his hair and his coal black eyes. Beside him is a much thinner frail looking woman with blonde hair and Orion's striking blue eyes. "Be calm." Orion whispers to me as he snakes his hands around my waist and gently leads me forward towards the couple. i try to relax myself, it's just his parents, not such a big deal, when a third figure appears from behind the couple.

Chloe's pov: I followed the strange looking persons and they were starting to act creepy. They were about four of them and I really wondered why they looked different. In Marazona, they were no such kind of people there. They looked really different from the way I look and the way the people of Marazona looked. As we continued to work,on The stange looking persons would occasionally glance and at my body. The stare was something that held so much and I haven't seen any body in Marazona stare at someone that way.

"Then we give it to them. We finish this, Vivienne. We finish it so that when they say their vows, they aren't looking over their shoulders." ​"And us?" she asked, stepping into his arms. ​Roman pulled her close, the scent of the mountain wind and the fading sun clinging to them both. "Us? We're the ones who make sure the world stays away. We’re the Ghost and the Bride, remember? We don't just find peace. We defend it."
