The Unwritten Secret

The Unwritten Secret

“That's it. I'm helping.” Without waiting for a reply—not that she would have listened this time—Emily crouched down again, and the moment her hand touched his, she squirmed . She squirmed! She hadn't realized until now that they'd both never had any physical contact. And now that they did, it sent a jolt through her system . Rex definitely noticed. The faint way he raised his eyebrows was a clear indication that her squirm was too obvious! The awkward silence that followed only made Emily’s discomfort unmistakable. She cleared her throat, her face reddening in embarrassment as she began to search through the kit, pulling out the necessary items: a few antiseptic wipes, an antibiotic ointmen

Bound By Magic Or Fate? ( book one)

Willow nods, she knows it will be. “I know; that’s why I’m putting several spells on it. One to hide the contents from anyone who hasn’t been given permission, one to bind the book closed so only I can open it, and another to make it invisible to everyone's eye when I’m not using it.” She has thought about it all, she will ensure no one can get into it.

Bound to the Alpha

Bound to the Alpha

“I’m not sure why I’m telling you this, other than it seems to help me understand things better when I say them out loud. “But I did break things off with him at one point of time. Because I worried he’d hurt me like everyone else has. “Well, I guess my pack didn’t mean to hurt me. They didn’t want to leave me. But you know what I mean.” “It still feels like an abandonment of some sort,” Catherine says. “So, now you want to avoid that as much as possible.” “Exactly,” I reply. “So, see,” she says. “I’ve helped you. I’m helping you see things clearer. You should be thanking me.” “I wouldn’t go that far,” I say. “Everything is a blur. Everything is hazy. I’m following you because I can’t functi

Accidental Surrogate for Alpha

Accidental Surrogate for Alpha

I gasp as I feel my wolf come howling back to me, her teeth ripping and gnashing inside me at the injustice done to her, in her eagerness to get out of here, to help our baby – I look up at my mother, then – knowing it is done – knowing that she has used the magic of our bond to unbind my wolf and her gift. And in its unbinding, our connection has been…used up.

I read this entire book I love this series, wonderful writing excellent story I paid for the entire book each chapter. so when I went to read the next book I went back to this book to look up a couple of things and I have to pay for it again. I don't understand I paid for the book.

I love this book! I hate that chapters are barely two pages and at this rate I’m probably not going to see the end. For the cost at this rate I could have bought quite a number in physical form. As I have so far spent just under of $100 this is most likely my last Good Novel purchase.

Casting off the Deadweight

Casting off the Deadweight

The moment Thea stepped into the wedding car, the system notified her that her target had officially shifted from Leonard to Dylan. An emptiness settled in her chest, as if something invisible had been stripped away. She instinctively placed a hand over her chest to steady her breath. Curious, she asked the system, "Will unbinding have a significant impact on Leonard?" Without hesitation, the system replied, "Definitely. Although you've helped heal his body and he won't return to that near-death state, his legs were repaired by the system. Now that he's been kicked out, the healing effect will be gone."

Bound by Gun (Book 1)

The city roared with the shattering of car windows, a whirlwind of vibrant neon lights, and shadowy streets that seemed to exist in stark contrast to the serene sanctuary of Catalina’s home. Her heart quickened as she relived the whirlwind of moments that had led her into this haunting reality. The unforgiving leather seats dug into her back, a stark reminder of the unyielding nature of her life. Inside the car, she was surrounded by an oppressive silence, heavy and binding like chains.

Blood and Moon: Araya

Blood and Moon: Araya

I knew it. I opened it and flipped through the pages until I landed a fourth of the way through. This version was in English, but more of an Old English. Some of the words were a little foreign to me and yet I was still able to understand. The page I landed on stuck out like a sore thumb and I knew there was no way I just happened upon it by chance. ‘Unbinding spell. To return something that has been taken…’

Divorced and Unbound

But why did my chest still hurt every time? Corbin's phone rang. The ringtone was the song Ingrid had sung during our college prom. The look in Corbin's eyes softened at once, his expression turning gentle. "What is it, Ingy?" Ingrid's voice could be heard from the other end of the line. "The hotel here is full. The staff made a mistake and overlooked my booking. Corbin, can you help me find another hotel?" Corbin immediately looked anxious. "Don't worry, Ingy! I'm coming for you now!"

Corrupt Temptation

Corrupt Temptation

Instead of using a lock an organic substance that resembled thin hardened vines or entwined prickly twigs wrapped around the cover and held it closed. They appeared to have a slight nearly living pulse. I scowled curious. What sort of book was this and why was it bound this way? I tugged harder my fingers grazing the rough intricate surface as I attempted to untangle the odd binding. Then a piercing burning pain. I let out a gasp. I looked down at my finger as I flinched away dropping the book with a loud thump. My skin had a thin deep line that was already crimson and dripping blood. With a sharp hiss of pain I muttered a curse. I had been deeply and sharply cut by the binding.

First of all, I love the suspense. Its giving read more and find out and then I like Ivy's boldness or should I say her not being scared of anything. Like, I could feel the chills when she saw the rope. Girl isn't scared of anything... lemme go and read more... Nice work, author.
