Young Immanuel Gonzales roamed the streets at age seven. His mother died when he was three years old, while his father was accused of killing his co-worker at a construction site. Samudera alias Sam adalah seorang pedagang barang bekas yang hidup sederhana dengan satu orang karyawannya bernama Binar. Dari seumur hidupnya Sam hanya pernah berpacaran satu kali saja yaitu pada masa kuliah dengan seseorang bernama Puspa. Di sisi lain Binar yang kasihan pada Sam mencoba menjodohkan bosnya itu dengan Nala, seseorang yang berniat menjual koleksi komik bekas adiknya pada Sam. Satu hari diadakan reuni kampus yang diadakan di sebuah hotel mewah di kota. Disana ia bertemu Puspa mantan pacarnya semasa kuliah dahulu. Puspa menyombongkan karirnya yang luar biasa dan pernikahannya dengan seorang presdir perusahaan multi nasional untuk membuat Samudera iri. Tapi di sisi lain pertemuan mereka juga membawa memori yang masih menggurat di hati mereka, terutama bagi Samudera. Selepas reuni, Puspa berkomunikasi dengan Sam hingga lama kelamaan cinta lama muncul kembali. Mereka saling mengenang dan menjalani kembali memori lama yang membuat Samudera semakin terikat dengan Puspa. Yang tidak Sam sadari adalah ia sedang dimanfaatkan Puspa yang ingin bercerai dari suaminya. Puspa memiliki hubungan dengan lelaki bernama Tora hingga hamil. Sam hanya akan dijadikan kambing hitam untuk memuluskan rencananya bercerai karena ia tidak ingin Tora disakiti suaminya. Karena suaminya memiliki kekuasaan yang cukup besar untuk menyakiti seseorang dengan mudah. Apalagi jika orang itu mengganggu hidupnya. Hal itu akhirnya membuat Sam berada tengah masalah yang pelik. Di sisi lain usaha Binar untuk menjodohkan Nala dengan Sam juga tidak surut. Sam harus menavigasikan hidupnya menghadapi cinta lama, masalah baru, dan kesempatan untuk memulai kembali kehidupan cintanya.
