Vampire Kisses Book Novels & Stories

Kathrena had been reading chapter five, but even as I read the embossed V I could see the chapter title beneath: Vampyre and Werewolf Mate Bonds.

My moans were embarrassingly loud now as he caressed the swollen numb that ached with a sensual need and then before released his fangs licking at my neck before pulling away. Hazy lust glazed silver orbs looked at me as my mouth twisted in pleasure, his lips were red with my blood and he licked across it before swooping down to capture my bottom lip in his mouth, he sucked it in and pierced it with his fang breaking the skin and I could feel the blood trickle as he pulled away, does this count as kissing? Is this how vamps kiss? The "Orian..." I moaned clutching my free hand to his neck, "please."

I whispered, my voice trembling like my soul already knew the answer. He didn’t reply with words. His eyes, wild and aching, met mine. He leaned in, kissed me softly… then bit. Slow and deliberate, his fangs pierced the base of my neck, and I gasped as the heat of his Vampiric Essence surged into me—claiming, sealing, binding. “MINE,” he growled, possessive and primal, licking over the bruise he’d created. His kisses turned frantic, as if trying to bury himself deeper inside my skin.

“It’s pretty interesting, actually. And could be a disaster now that I’m thinking about it. Lucas told me there are a handful of vampires who don’t want to assimilate, and they go around trying to make things difficult for those who have. I’m not sure the specific details, but he made it sound like these vampires are going after the businesses he owns or something like that. Basically fucking shit up in order to get back at him for following the rules of the Vampire Council. Three vampires showed up at my house last night after they got my address from Eliza, Lucas’s vampire daughter or sister or whatever you’d call her, and he was not happy.” “Oh, wow. That is interesting and you’re right.

That was an interesting name. Blocking out Camille's and Sally's conversation, Maddox opened one of the books and read a few pages. The story began with a vampire searching for his love. She’d been killed by his enemy—another powerful vampire. His body hummed in reaction to the words as if each sentence triggered a spell. Dire rippled in discomfort. What was that? He skimmed the pages. All the descriptions of vampires were spot on. Crazier, there were terms in the book that were actually real—moon-cursed, moon-touched and other words used in his world. He thought back to something Camille had said earlier.

he added, the sweetest smile on his face. But Cyrille was taken aback when the man’s fangs protruded from his mouth, as if in a vampire film, and she became even more terrified. “Now, let me taste you once more, my love...” Cyrille awoke sweating profusely, trying to catch her breath. She can’t believe what she’s been dreaming about. She enjoys everything about vampires, but that was the only time she was scared. “Wait, what was that? Why did I have such a random dream?” She kept asking herself, unable to believe what had happened to her. She felt as if she were in a bureaucratic nightmare that she would never be able to escape, no matter how way too obsessed she is with vampires.

This time, he did not refuse. “A full-fledged vampire?” he asked, breathing heavily. “Immortality?” She leaned in, then placed her lips on his. There was a brief moment when he paused, and she wasn’t sure if he would give in. But then, suddenly, he kissed her back, with full force, filled with a passion she had never anticipated. He picked her up into her arms and carried her to the pile of furs by the fireplace, and as he did, she knew that this night would change everything.

And find out if there was any way to fix it. As she drove, Caitlin thought again of the rare books she had found in her library. Most of all, she that of that one rare volume, and its torn page. She thought of its ancient ceremony, the one in Latin, with its cure for vampirism. She wondered again if it was real. Was that just passed down from folklore? An old wives’ tale?

Was that where they slept? She tried to think back to all the vampire lore she had ever heard. Sleeping in coffins. Awake at night. Superhuman strength and speed. Pain in the sunlight. It all seemed to add up. She herself felt some pain in the sun. But it wasn’t unbearable. And she was impervious to the holy water. What’s more, this place, the Cloisters, was filled with crosses: there were enormous crosses everywhere. Yet it didn’t seem to affect these vampires. In fact, this seemed to be their home. She wanted to ask Caleb about all of this, and more, but didn’t know how to begin. She settled on the last one.

"I mean… Sorry, I apologize. But I think it would be best if you reside here for the time being. I… I would appreciate it." I blinked at the situation that had just occurred. What was running through this vampire's mind when he looked at me? At that moment, I was attracted by his beautiful eyes, forgetting he was a dangerous pure-blooded vampire. I couldn't help but take a step toward him. The overwhelming urge to be nearer to him somehow grasped me. It hooked me tightly in a way I had never experienced before. Surprisingly, I brought my hand up to his face and traced the smooth skin there.
