Jonathan tone went from happy to concerned and deadly the moment he entered the room seeing a obvious hellhound puppy getting pets from his obvious Allena. "She's so precious, can we keep her?" Allena looked up as the hellhound curled up in her arms while purring with contentment. "Darling this is a hellhound pup from hell itself." Jonathan hoped his lover could see reason. "She's too cute to hurt us right baby. Isn't that right girl? You're too cute to hurt us!" Allena crooned at the hellhound as she rubbed her ears, and she purred as her tail wagged happily.

She asked further, “How did vampires get created by the way?” “Just like you humans are created, it’s the same for the vampires,” he responded. “So vampires were born at first genetically and then they started turning people to vampires?” she inquired. “Something like that,” he attempted to clear up her confusion. “By the way, every vampire is born with a special power,” Alexander informed her and changed the topic. “My special power is altering reality. I can change it in my favor.” “Is that what you tried on me that day when I accused you of sexual assault?” she questioned him. “If it is, then why didn’t it work on me?”

I said innocently while trying to chew and I honestly have no idea how that worked. Cassie and Sophia burst out laughing their asses out. Cassie and Sophia are my best friend. Cassie was a white wolf, she was the eldest of the three of us, the fastest and my elder brothers mate, who happens to be the Alpha of Inara pack, which is my pack. Cassie is one of my mom's book class member's daughter, hence how we met and how she ended up being my brother's mate.

She locked eyes with me, and she shifted into an impressive gray wolf with green eyes. That was when I knew. She was a hybrid like me: Wolf and vampire. Though by birth, not by bite. She was as rare as I was.

Inside are pups as young as just a few weeks old to some that seem to be as old as two. “Why?” I find myself asking as I see five of Aileen’s vampires zipping around and feeding each pup. They must have been at this for a while. “They were looking for a special bloodline,” Aileen answers, her voice so cold that I feel like my blood has frozen over. “What sort of bloodline?” I ask, turning to face my friend. “One with a witch in it. And they found it.” There, in her arms, is a little pup, her black hair and pale blue eyes looking at me with wonder. She must be no older than a month, and without thinking, I reach out and take her little hand in mine. She is so small.

The little pup barked and nipped at him as he knelt beside the corpses, and he allowed it to savage at his hand, understanding its need for vengeance. "They are gone, pup." he said quietly, turning his head to watch tiny teeth ripping at his flesh. "Your bravery does them proud; however it will not bring them back and I am not the instigator of their demise. I can help you seek vengeance though. Would you like that, little one?" Gathering the pup by the scruff of its neck, Agony held the wriggling, snarling animal high and then turned to the slowly healing vampire. "Do you want to play, little pup? I do."

I’ll take you home. “Thank you, kind she-wolf.” “You’re welcome young one,” I say, patting her head. The little pup runs toward my legs and stays beside me as we walk to the packhouse. I wonder who her parents are. On our way to the packhouse I smell blood and not just blood, vampire blood. I quickly ask the pup to hide in the bushes as I try to find the vampire. I’m about to shift into my wolf before the vampire appears so I can tear it into shreds but stop when the vampire reveals himself.

He was the first of the vampires to leave for the day. Thankfully today I didn't have much planned. Beth and I spent some time in the library to do more research but still pulled nothing but dead ends. I held Demeter for her to try letting her catch up on some sleep. The cute little pup had chocolate locks like mother and dark brown eyes like Dietrich. I cooed gently down at her feeling my heart swell wishing I'd been successful with giving Gerwulf a pup by now. I had to try hard not to keep the frown off my face and the tears at bay.

I know there are witches and vampires near by, I can smell them, but I can not see them from here. I am about to head towards the vampires when I notice 3 pups, werewolf children, they look young, maybe 5 or 6 years old. I change directions just as a vampire comes into view near them. By the evil smile that spreads across his face he planes to harm them. Leaping from tree to tree I position myself right over him, and drop down onto his back. I let my canine's grow into those of my wolf, leaning around him I sink my teeth into his throat, and I rip off his head. He drops to the ground, and his head rolls away towards the children.
