A vampire burst into the infirmary. Young, maybe seventeen in appearance, with dark hair and wild eyes. I recognized him from the bloodline connection—Marcus, a student who'd lost his parents to the justice curse.
"You," he snarled, pointing at me. "You're the reason they attacked. You stole the bloodline, and now the Old Court is coming for all of us!"
