Vegas Prison Stories Novels & Stories

They take their security extremely cautiously with good reason. As far as Max knew, no one had actually ever escaped from Winter Haven, and now is something that could be said was a blessing all by itself. That was not exactly a place that needed to have a prison break. They had hired the best of the best to work with these people. The best psychologist, the best psychiatrist. The best prison guards. It was something that a lot of ex-cops tried to work but they couldn't. It was mentally draining to them, and it had a super high turnover rate for their guards. It was absolutely nothing but a nightmare.

“How sketchy?” “The back of the van’s basically a metal cage welded to the interior frame with a couple steel benches on either side. The two prisoners already in it look like they haven’t bathed in a week and they’ve been using a metal urinal connected to a drainage tub. Probably for the same amount of time.” Pinching the bridge of his nose, Shepard cursed again. “Extradition’s a state responsibility and most of them contract with these kinds of services. Does it at least look like they can’t get out of the cage?”

"Do you ever talk about prison?" My muscles tense immediately, but I ignore them. Normally I don't enjoy telling stories of my time in there, but I would retell stories of my darkest battles if that is what Helen wants to hear. I tilt my head to observe her and I ask, "What do you want to know?" She hums as she thinks about it for a while then her eyes light up at me. "Tell me about the food so I can know how far off from civilization you were." I shut my eyes and let out a long breath. "I didn't get any A class treatment there, so I'll leave it to your imagination to know the kind of stuff inmates eat."

VESNA’S POV And that’s how I told them the fictional story of my life. I’m sure that’s how they wanted to hear it. But I enjoyed watching Amaya too much that I may have overdone it with my backstory. I am not blind. My skin was just burned but I did make people believe I was so they’d serve me and the other thugs won’t keep bothering me anymore. So people would feel pity for me. That’s all I need and maybe I’ll be able to get out of here sooner. I wanted to look at Max but he’s observant as heck and I’m sure he’d notice if I ever try to take a glance. As I finally finished talking, I looked at everyone and I saw the weird guy they brought on his laptop. He was smirking looking into the scre

I didn’t answer immediately, my eyes locked on the names listed under ESCAPED PRISONERS: Marco Esteban (Arson, Attempted Murder) Thomas Greene (Drug Trafficking, Illegal Arms Dealing) Javier Mendez (Gang-Related Homicide) Christopher Harlan (Serial Fraud) Peter Kowalski (Kidnapping, Extortion) Ryan Eckhart (Assault, Armed Robbery) Stephen Adler (Embezzlement) Ambrose Vandyke (Murder, Fraud, Kidnapping) My breath stopped when I reached the last name. Ambrose had escaped. The bastard had disappeared into thin air!.

Bernard POV I sat in my cell at Sacramento Federal Prison at five in the morning, typing on the old computer they allowed me to use for my writing program. The memoir I had been working on for the past three years was finally complete, and I was reading through the final chapter about my release and commitment to helping other men avoid the mistakes that had destroyed my life.

My fights were always particularly popular—for those who could stomach them. Greg looked fucking ecstatic as he noted the bets down. “Who are the unlucky souls you’ll fight?” Savio asked curiously. “Ask Damian.” I didn’t care who they were. I’d rip them to shreds either way. “Two ex-cons. Both on the run. Both in desperate need of money and new identities. Out of options,” Damian said matter-of-factly. “One of them kicked his pregnant wife half to death and she lost the baby. Already served a sentence because of manslaughter. The other spent half of his life in jail for child molestation.”

"Why?" So, Jerald recounted his harrowing tale to Jake, detailing every aspect of his captivity. He described the days he spent as Mostafa's prisoner, the atrocities committed by Mostafa and his thugs, and the relentless abuse he endured. Jerald revealed how he had navigated the treacherous waters of deception, pretending to follow Mostafa's orders while secretly searching for a way to escape. He shared the story of the fights he had engaged in, including the pivotal one that was meant to prove his loyalty to Mostafa's gang, and the dubious reward that came with it.

Chapter 2: (Sophia’s POV) My hands trembled as I scrolled through the headlines on my phone, my pulse racing with every word. BREAKING NEWS: Billionaire Damien Lancaster Secretly Weds in Vegas! Who Is the Mystery Woman Who Stole New York’s Most Eligible Bachelor? Vegas Wedding Shock: Damien Lancaster’s Unexpected Bride Revealed! Every major media outlet had picked up the story. My throat felt tight. My chest heaved with shallow breaths. This couldn’t be real.

He's one of the few men I consider a friend. There were three years when he left Vegas and went east. It's a time he doesn't discuss though, not even with me. All I know about it is that he and his brother, Hugo, a man I've never met, spent time in prison there and I have a feeling it has something to do with that errand he ran earlier. I understand revenge and I don't care what Axel has to do to take care of what he needs to take care of as long as he's available when I need him. It's an understanding we have between us.
