CLOWNY MISFORTUNES

CLOWNY MISFORTUNES

Rocky decided to try. IN 2012, after 32 years inside, more than half spent in isolation, Rocky was released. He felt elated, anxious, and paranoid all at once. “What did I know about civilization other than what I seen on television?” Not much. He’d entered prison as little more than a boy and had never lived on his own. He’d joined one of the most violent prison gangs in California, risen in the ranks, and then left it behind. Now he emerged into a world he found disappointingly familiar. Stockton was the same, only more so. The violence he’d helped loose had become routine; the kids had learned from him, perfected the lessons in his grim example. Some of his homies were dead. His mother wa

This is an interesting book with intriguing characters and premise. The author does well to draw the audience in and make them part of the story. The narrator feels very genuine, and I began to feel for him. Very well done.

Mhenn this story is Lit?. It keeps the reader drawn to the main character. At the first chapter I was already glued to how chuka's mistakes caused misfortunes to others. This is definitely a story y'all should read.

Thomas Hart had a daughter. A daughter who knew nothing about him. A daughter who was struggling to survive. A daughter who had willingly entered a world where someone could pay millions to have her company for a year. Damien had thought perhaps this was his chance. He could make Thomas Hart suffer through his daughter. He could take away the one thing that man had left behind. That was what he had told himself. But when Cynthia arrived, everything became complicated. She wasn't the spoiled daughter of a wealthy criminal he had imagined.

The Billionaire’s Secret Heirs

The Billionaire’s Secret Heirs

"I'm going to show you Vegas the way it should be seen. The way you should be treated. The way I should have been treating you all along." As we stepped out into the neon-bright night, I felt something shift inside me. Not forgiveness—that would take time. But possibility. The chance that maybe, just maybe, this story wasn't over yet. Maybe it was just beginning.

he said, and glanced at her. “So, what is your story? Are you aware of the many rumors out there about you?” She shook her head. “Of course, you are.” “I spent five years in prison for a murder I didn’t commit. New evidence came to light and I was released. You can even look it up. I moved from Florida to Reading to repay a debt to Rancid. He died trying to protect me in prison and he was a Road Warrior. I met up with Bandit, repaid my debt, and the rest is history. Bandit had a problem, I offered to sort it out and that’s how the hitman story was born.”

Thrill of the Chase

Thrill of the Chase

For those curious about the fate of the three individuals who initially tore us apart, that's what the last month of our three-month reunion focused on. Lazzaro the Ungrateful Vega faced severe consequences when a scandal erupted concerning his latest money laundering scheme. His company had been spiraling downward, and in an illegal attempt to generate funds through his investors, the FBI caught him red-handed. Alongside money laundering, he faced charges for drug distribution conspiracies, kidnapping with aggravating factors, armed robbery, and arson, all resulting in a life without parole sentence—something, in my opinion, long overdue.

Divorce? His Biggest Mistake

Divorce? His Biggest Mistake

WASHINGTON, SEATTLE 2022 ~ANASTASIA~ Most stories open up in pleasant settings, but mine started in a prison cell. Never did I imagine I’d end up here, especially for the man I loved. God, life is unpredictable! I was staring at the dirty ceiling, watching the spiders scurry around. How had I ended up here? Then I heard a voice, snapping me back to reality. “Mrs. Rogers?” A guard's voice snapped me back to reality. “You're going home,” she said as she unlocked the cell.

The fact that a husband asked you to take the blame and go to jail, with his shallow reasoning, is already a glaringly a red flag that person is a scumbag and doesn't deserve you at all! how lowly and stupid can you be!? No person in his/her right mind to agree with that!

The Untypical Marriage

The Untypical Marriage

I said, hugging myself instinctively. “You think that’s crazy?” He let out a humorless laugh. “Listen, Dona, no one’s got it easy. My story isn’t as bad as you think. Prison was tough, yeah, but it was also fun in its own twisted way. But there are others here who’ve had it way worse… people who joined the mafia because they had no other choice. So stop letting your past hold you back. People will keep messing with you as long as they know you won’t do a damn thing about it.” He paused, his eyes locking with mine. “Life’s like a hooker, you either fuck her, or you get fucked.”

and I promise daily updates starting today. I can’t wait for you all to see how the story unfolds. Also, the next three chapters might feel a bit slow—they were written during exam time, and I’ll admit, I got a little lazy. But I promise the story gets better after that! Xx, Aby...

The Mafia’s Pet

The Mafia’s Pet

Vanessa Three days had passed since I narrowly escaped murder or kidnapping, but Diego has once again confined me within these suffocating walls. Anger and fear mingle within me, a potent cocktail that burns hotter with each passing day. I know he's been busy torturing some guy, but that doesn't justify treating me like a prisoner again. Not when I didn't do anything wrong this time!

Innocence Interrupted - A Mafia Story

Innocence Interrupted - A Mafia Story

Our names often overlap, and we tend to add physical features to distinguish one another. I step into the basement and switch on the single light. The bulb dangling from the ceiling casts a dim glow over the man tied to the chair. He’s bloody, covered in bruises and cuts, his clothes dirty and torn. Hair filthy, skin covered in filth. He’s been sitting in his own piss and shit for five days. Keeping a prisoner this long is risky. With each passing day, they get another chance to escape, to be discovered. We were lucky. “I hear they call you Vinnie the Nose,” I say as I lazily unbutton my jacket. “Walked around the city bragging about killing some kids. Is that right?”
