Alpha Victor

Alpha Victor

Victor grunted but the joke fell flat considering how much he had grown to love being the Alpha of this pack. He still loathed being called that just as much as I hated the title Luna but the positions fitted us well. "Can you imagine what this pack would end up like if you do that," I balked, feigning outrage, "you might come back and find the whole thing burnt to the ground."

This book series is just so wonderful and finally we have Victor's book. I have always been a huge fan of his. He's very in touch with his animalistic side but is also emotionally mature and very much thinks of others above himself. He's had a hard life and I can't wait for his happy ever after!
Caribbean Princess
The storyline thus far have been outstanding, except for the fact that this book is INCOMPLETE with no UPDATE in sight. This author even had the time to advertised another UPCOMING series which has 2 COMPLETED books but the LAST and most needed damned book of this series isn't done, the nerve.

Broken Alpha

Broken Alpha

I said to him sitting on the floor where I fell and nursing my temple. "And you need to watch what you say about my family," he retorted in anger. Darrell hasn't been the same ever since his mother, who's the Luna of our pack was accused of murder; it is claimed she allegedly killed the Beta of our pack who was formerly the Gamma but rose in ranks through 'dubious' means. Before he maneuvered his way to that position, my father was Beta; but Darrell chose to keep me as his Beta and made sure everyone in our generation referred to me as such. It honestly felt weird, bearing the Beta title while my dad bore the Gamma title.

ALPHA GAVRAEL

ALPHA GAVRAEL

I said as I pleaded with him with my eyes. “My name is not Gavrael, it’s Zephyr.” That was his only response before he gave the command for his army to attack. As the first wave of the beasts advanced, I raised my hands and they shrieked as I blasted them off with pure light. The beasts behind that first line paused, not daring to step away from the dark shadow surrounding them into my light. The first line that I blasted was nothing more than specks of dust now. “That was just a warning shot.” I growled.

Obsessed. It’s the perfect amount of suspense, action, and a little spice. I love the pacing of the book too it doesn’t feel rushed or dragged out. The characters are deep and make you feel connected to them. SUCH a good book. Plus author regularly updates and I’m always rushing to read it.

Wolf Rider

Wolf Rider

I lied, a lie my mother alway told me to tell. Kent’s handsome face twisted into a smile. I should have hated it because I knew he meant it to be evil, but it made him even more handsome. It seemed playful rather than menacing. At least to me. “Max—“ he snapped his fingers again and the wolf came closer to me. He circled me like he did Marianna and as he did, my mother and Marianna joined the circus. “Jezebel, what are you doing here?” She yelled. “Alpha Kent, she is—“

Fire And Ice

He heard some snickers but felt them land next to him as Ash stared at the village, a psychotic happiness filling him "Well, this would be fun" "No" Axel said "No burning them" "Icicles then?" "No" He said "There are going to be Villagers in that Pack I bet. We don't want them seeing the sky raining icicles or people suddenly combusting" "Hand to hand combat then?" Ash's eyes were even brighter then. "I am afraid so little one" "It would be a terrible thing to soil my dress" Asteri said with a sigh "But for our sister in law" He smiled "Good"

The Ice Alpha's Mate

The Ice Alpha's Mate

"Aria! Wait up!" He's smiling broadly as he approaches me. "Everything okay? We haven't spoken in a while. I always see you around, but you always look...busy." "I'm fine. You? Big game today." "Yeah." He scratches the back of his neck. "It's kind of a big deal. Moonveil...they're fierce. See how many medics they have?" "I was wondering about that, actually." "Yeah. They fight, not play. But we have the best medics in the world, so I'm not worried." He punches my arm lightly and his touch lingers, staring on the spot right next to my left breast for a little too long before his hand drops to his side.

"Okay, here goes. The people from Vaal are called, Vaals. They are strong people who are very close to their families. They tend to have many children. Their planet is the largest out of everyone's. They have brown skin and dark brown eyes. They look very similar to you, Zuri. They have three participants in this Harvest. The three are brothers who fought in a battle together. They killed all of their enemies and protected one another... I haven't met that many Vaals so I am not too familiar with their personalities, but Zalu says they are passionate and quick to defend. Next up... The planet Cok is sandy and the people that come from the planet are called Coks. They are all tan in color, l

They ate in easy silence at first, but soon, she started asking him questions. Simple things. "What's your favorite movie?" He shrugged. "Don't have one." She gasped dramatically hands on her heart . "Blasphemy." He smirked. "What's yours?" "Easy. Baby ." He groaned. "Figures." She stuck out her tongue. " What's your favorite color?" Kane hesitated. "Black." She snorted. "That's not a color." His gaze darkened. "It is to me." Mona giggled, shaking her head. "Fine. Black it is."

Frequently Asked Questions

The world-building in 'Ice Planet Barbarians' really grounds their survival in some clever but simple concepts. They're native to this brutally cold planet, so evolution's given them adaptations like thick blue skin, dense fur, and internal body heat regulation far beyond humans. The 'khui' symbiote is the key piece—it's not just a plot device for mates, it's a literal organ that filters toxins and helps them metabolize the local resources. They eat the 'fursh' beasts, use their pelts, and the caves they live in are geothermal, so there's a consistent heat source. It's practical sci-fi with a heavy dose of romantic fantasy logic, which I enjoy because it doesn't get bogged down in overly technical explanations.

What makes it believable for me is how daily life is depicted. They're not super-advanced; they're hunter-gatherers using every part of the animals they hunt. The caves aren't just holes in the wall—they're described as having thermal vents, which is a neat way to explain a sustainable home base without modern heating. Their survival feels integrated into their culture, from the shared warmth in the communal caves to the way they handle outsiders who lack a khui. The biological adaptation through the symbiote ties their physical resilience directly to the planet's ecosystem, which is a satisfying loop.
