Violet Evergarden English Novels & Stories

Violet pulled her hand away, the rawness of her grief making it impossible to accept comfort. “What do you know about strength?” she spat, her voice trembling with fury. “You don’t understand what it’s like to lose everything!” “No,” he replied quietly, his eyes locked onto hers. “I don’t. But I know what it’s like to lose someone you care about, to feel that emptiness inside. And I know that it’s okay to grieve. You need to let it out, Violet. You can’t bottle this up.” Violet’s heart raced, her emotions swirling in a tumultuous storm.

Violet My heart pounds in my ears as I slip my red dress over my head. Tonight I’m going out with Mr. Crocodile Man, and I have no clue what to expect. Is he going to want me to do the talking? Should I be quiet and let him brag about himself and whatever manly things he has achieved in his life to feed his ego? Will he even find me attractive? I look at my reflection and sigh. I hope he will find me beautiful. I worked really hard on my appearance tonight. My hair is newly cut into a page, and my makeup is right on point, yet I feel like there is something missing.

We reach Elsa and low and behold, she is standing right in front of a spring! "I swear it's a miracle Eden! It's a miracle! We are not going to die!!! We won't die! We have found water! See! It's real water! I even tasted it! Come see! We can finally have a bath!!!! Eden I swear we will get a promotion!" She screams joy flowing out of her. I stand grinning at her excitement and she drags me to the spot where the water is flowing out of the ground and she starts splashing me with it.

I eye it suspiciously before opening it. Violet, I am the type of person to hide things. I am quiet and I am not the kind to show emotions. I hope you find this room to your liking and decorate it to your hearts content. I hope we can at least be cordial with one another as I have not feelings for you at this time. Your truly, Anthony

How could she not have noticed the sword before? Musa furrowed her eyebrows, “Who are you and why do you recognize me as Musa? That name no longer needs to be tied to me!” Violet stared down at her feet, then back at the sword. “My name is Yak Ann Sinora but many know me as Violet.” Musa held the sword closer to Violet's face. “Who are you? I've never heard the name before and I'm pretty sure I've never seen you before.” Violet snapped her finger, changing into her true appearance.

“C-Call Dr. Anderson. Inform him of the situation.” Tere nodded and ran out. Zia tightly held my left hand and sat beside me. She laid the paper on the table and read, “Want not to wot. – Violet” “It’s written in Old English,” I noted and she agreed. “Need not to know. Violet is telling us to stop digging deeper. This is a warning, including that arrow. If we continue, she’ll do far worse.” “This arrow is small, like from a crossbow. Do you think this is laced with poison?”

The shade nearly matches my eyes, which I’m beginning to suspect was intentional. “I don’t know about this.” Crystal rolls her eyes. “Put on the dress.” Twenty minutes later, I stare at myself in the mirror. I barely recognize the girl looking back. My black hair falls in long curls down my back, the silver streak near the front standing out beneath the warm bedroom lights. I’ve kept my makeup soft, just enough to make my violet eyes look brighter, with a light peach gloss covering my lips. The lavender dress hugs my curves before falling loosely around my legs, and simple sandals complete the outfit. Crystal appears behind me in the mirror.

Violet几个字没有吐出来，他这一定是做戏的吧，怕自己无意间会在Regina面前叫错，叫她为“Agatha”，所以就在平时也将她当Violet了。

0f course, he did. I give Julien a weakened smile and we exchange a few sentences of small talk before I thank him for driving ways here. Waving goodbye from the window as he slips into his car again, I pretend not to rush to the unknown contents that hide inside the white-encased box. There are cursive letters in black, engraved into the cardboard material, reading Matériau Féminin. Gnawing on the skin of my lip, all I do is shake mny head at a parallel memory that comes into mind when we spent time together in this very store, replacing the various lingerie of mine that he has ripped.

She shouldn’t have betrayed and manipulated me all of these years. I follow Violet down the main stairs and trust that she actually has a good spot in mind. I watch with my eyebrows raised as she walks through a wall. Beatrix mumbles through the gag in her mouth, but I force her to follow. I walk down a staircase where Violet is waiting beside a door. She looks over at me and her eyes flicker to Beatrix and she says, “You can take the gag out. No one can hear down here. It’s enchanted so you don’t hear anything in this space unless you’re down here.”
