Voice Claims Novels & Stories

He asked. James turned to look at him. "Yes sir but only one and inconsequential. We found that whoever called you used a voice changer” he pointed at the screen. "This shows the image of the voice.” He pointed at a small cropped picture by the side of the screen. "This is how it looks when it's a normal voice” and then back at the main screen, "This is it when it's fake” Dominic nodded, "That is all?” He asked. James answered him, "Yes sir”

Initially skeptical due to yesterday's events (whose reality was still under question), I eventually decided to pick up. "Hello?" I answered. "Hello and Good morning ma'am" a female voice responded. She sounded so formal it was almost robotic. I figured it was probably the customer care of my network provider. "Please, am I speaking with Miss Amanda Harley?" The voice asked. Again, I was skeptical about answering. I didn't know what or who to trust and the last thing I would want is a phone call that would implicate me later on. I acted initially like I didn't hear her.

Emily pulled her mobile phone away from her ear when she heard someone on the other side asking a question in a loud voice. "Look, what time is it, and you haven't arrived at work yet? Don't you need this job anymore? Are you asking to be sacked, is that it?" the person chirped again. "S-sorry, I--" "Hey, what's wrong with your voice, have you been crying? Did you just get dumped by your boyfriend and you're crying now?" asked the caller who was none other than the boss at Emily's workplace.

Sighing heavily while trying to control my hands which did not, for some reasons want to stop shaking, I picked up my encrypted phone that my mom or any of her other workers knew about made a single call. The call rang once and I knew the person could see it ringing, he just didnt want to pick, that was not going to stop me. I stayed on that call and heard it ring the second time, now his nonchalant behaviour was starting to get to me and then it rang the third time, this time he picked up the phone. Almost immediately, a robotic voice filled the speaker of my phone. "You said never again." "Well sue me cause I lied. I need information and I need it now."

Healthy engagement. A soft chime sounded. “Thank you for arriving on time,” the voice said. Not a recording. Not quite a person. The voice belonged to the Assurance Interface, tuned to match Jace’s cadence and regional inflection with unnerving precision. It did not echo. It did not command. It invited. “Before we begin,” it continued, “I want to affirm that your participation is voluntary. You may pause or discontinue at any point.” Jace swallowed. “Sure,” he said. “I know.”

Joel smiled broadly, "Ahhh, I'm fulfilled—remind me to give you an increase in your pay." "Yes, Boss." Noah bowed. 🌹 E C S T A S Y 🌹 Vincent arched his brow, his phone on his ear. "You are set right?" "Ye." the voice on the other side of the call replied. "Good. Do it the time I told you to." Vincent spoke into the earpiece. "Nde." the voice replied. Vincent nodded his head like the person he was on the phone with could see him and hung up.

He glared at her and proceeded to slap her again, but the sudden vibration of the phone in his pocket had him halt. He glanced at the pocket of his pants and pulled out his phone. He picked up the incoming call, and a deep, unrecognizable voice began to resound through the phone. “I am speaking with Ferguson Dante, right?” the unknown male voice questioned. Mr. Ferguson stayed silent for a few moments, contemplating how such an unknown person could have gotten a hold of his contact. "Who is this?" he asked, not bothering to answer his question. “Well, then, I believe I am speaking with Dante,” the voice scoffed. “I have a special deal to make with you,” he said

oepning the cat door wide,I welcomed them with a smile before putting each and every one of them to sleep. As I walked towards my parked car, I ward a cellphone ring. It was coming from the van, unable to hide my curiosity, I pulled the blaring phone of one of my attacker's pocket and picked it up. I pulled the phone away from my ear as the voice boomed through the phone. "Why haven't I received any feedback yet?! You all better do your jobs well or you work get paid! "The voice shouted. It got me thinking, there was something familiar about the voice but I couldnt

I answered it anyway. “Who is this?” I asked. “You don’t need to know who is speaking. We have a job for you. It’s regarding Rhonda. We know how much you hate her and have been attempting her murder. We want her gone too. We would help you be successful this time around,” the distorted voice said. They were talking through a voice changer. Was this a trap? “Who the fuck are you? I do not know what you are talking about, so get the fuck out of my phone!” I yelled and ended the call immediately.
