Bill Cipher Voice Lines Novels & Stories

Hello. "Hi, sister. It's me." An unfamiliar but not too unfamiliar voice sounded from the other end of the line. It sounded quite carefree. Frowning, Belle asked, "Who are you?" Scott sounded hurt as he said, "I'm so sad! Don't you recognize your brother's voice?" He talked so smoothly and slickly that Belle didn't want to humor him anymore. She was about to end the call when he said, "It's me, Scott Quinn."

Him. --- A voice suddenly came through the speakers. The same voice as William. Calm. Controlled. "You took longer than expected." Everyone froze. The voice continued. "Especially you, Elena." Elena stepped closer to the speaker. Her expression changed. For the first time... she looked afraid. "William..." The voice laughed softly. "Which one?" The question echoed throughout the chamber. No one had an answer. --- The speakers crackled again. "You always hated this part."

The transmission began breaking apart. “John…” Her voice crackled. “…don’t trust—” Static. The screen went black. Sam’s interface flickered violently. Then another voice came through the speakers. It wasn’t Sam. It wasn’t Michelle. It was calm. Cold. Familiar. “Good evening, John.” Every hair on the back of my neck stood up. Bella grabbed my arm. “Who is that?” The voice laughed softly. “You’ve spent years looking for the leader of the League of Silence.”

Fareeda's voice at the beginning of the recording. "Yes. It's a shame," said another. "That's it," said the second person in a heavy tone. "Is that so? You rob! That's what made Langley feel guilty about all that money!” accuse a female-style voice to the second person. "What else can we do. Langley has no money," replied the second. Doctor Fareeda then pauses the recording. "This tape was taken while you were unconscious." Doctor Fareeda then explained, the first person who spoke after was William. William was a 50-year-old literature professor.

he asked staring intently at me "don't do this Brian" I beg he placed the device on loudspeaker 'yes sir, he's just a new employee that started working here recently " the voice from the other end of the line said. I felt the fresh tears trickle down my cheeks. I raised my head to look at Brian who was smiling uncontrollably. "I'll get back to you Mr Halowel" he said and switched off the phone. "so Ciara Salter. would you get dressed or would like me to finish that phone call?" He ask.

I should give him a call and tell him about the money before it's too late. I went to the phone booth nearby and dialed the number on his card. "Good day! Who am I speaking with please?" a lady asked from the other end "I want to speak with Mr Williams" I said politely "Yes, I know you want to speak with him but you have to tell me who you are so I can pass it to him" she said "I'm Chris, just tell him that" "Okay, hold on!.......... He will be speaking to you now" she said and passed the phone to him

I lied, and making up a look that would make me look tense. " Um.. really? I was on a call with her just yesterday. How come she's not picking your calls and yes, she's fine.. she's totally fine " Mr Bills assured but I shook my head, pretending not to be satisfied. " Um.. could you please place a call across to her for me? " I pleaded making up a face that imprinted fear on my face. " Um.. sure " He replied and his hands roamed into his pocket but he couldn't see his phone.

I pushed a finger out to him and answered on speaker. A calm male polished voice came through. “Mr. Banner. Or do you prefer Mr. Grayson these days?” My grip tightened on the phone. The voice continued, almost conversational. “I know who you are, and what you’re doing with that bitch, Anyta.” He finished off with a loud laugh. “Don’t you ever speak about her that–“ I started speaking before he ended the call. I smashed the phone in anger before Philip was able to trace the call.

My mouth felt sticky and dry, but I was happy to hear that my voice didn’t have a tremor. “Now we see how much your boyfriend is willing to pay for you,” Billy said. He looked at his watch. “Good plan,” I said, letting the sarcasm drip into my voice. “How exactly do you plan on doing that? Have you ever watched a crime show? The bad guys never get the ransom. The cops always figure it out.” Billy looked at me and raised an eyebrow. I braced myself for the slap that I knew was coming. He always raised his eyebrow before he hit me.

"Lilly! There you are!" A deep husky voice stated with a hint of worry. Turning around I saw an individual that somehow resembles the individual that has gained my hatred in just a couple of hours of meeting him. He ran over and took Lilly from my arms which made me miss holding the bundle of joy.
