VOWS OF SIN

VOWS OF SIN

he replied, his voice low and rough. “I want one final look at the Delacroix before I bid.” She studied him for a moment. Grayson was a known buyer, private, ruthless, and obscenely wealthy. He had purchased several high-value pieces through the house in the past two years, always paying in full and never negotiating. She had no reason to refuse him, even at this hour. Cassandra nodded once. “Very well, but make it quick. The vault locks automatically at one.” She turned back to her tablet, but she could feel his eyes on her.

DENNYJAY: TO TOUCH AN OMEGA

DENNYJAY: TO TOUCH AN OMEGA

He sat back down. Excellent. Bravo, Denny! “Delyvester Breon,” Vanthel resumed, “you are charged with impersonation and deceit of identity. You violated the code of honour that binds us. You lived your life in an Alpha’s skin, deceiving us all, making false claims on the hierarchy. You have committed treason. And you must be punished.” “…” “Do you have anything to say before we proceed?” Why do they always ask this when they have no intention of forgiving, even if someone were to beg for it?

Academy Of Cursed Hearts

Academy Of Cursed Hearts

Morwen said, tapping the edge of her table. "Let's try again, this time we won't take it lightly, we're going to make sure that it works, with a little power tussle here and there." Veyra said with a poisonous smile. Morwen considered it. Then nodded once. “Do it. But remember,Aria senses deception. You’ll need something real to sell the lie.” Veyra’s grin widened. “Oh, I’ve got something real this time." Meanwhile, Jason wasn’t idling.

The True Luna's Mark

The True Luna's Mark

I moved off the bench and knelt on the ground to force him to look at me. He stared at me with an intensity that made it feel as if goosebumps were forming over my skin. I wasn’t sure if they were good or bad or if it was simply because I was eager to know. Finally, he sighed, and I pulled my bottom lip between my teeth and waited for him to say something. “I was sworn to secrecy, and if he finds out I let it slip, it could get me in a lot of trouble.” “I vow on the Goddess that I will not tell him you told me anything!” Even if I wasn’t a werewolf, I shouldn’t have vowed upon the Goddesses name, as I was now bound by the Vow.

I am so in love with this book! The story is very well written and the characters are highly developed. What I have been enjoying the most about this story, is for everything that is happened Stormie, she still continues to survive, grow, be independent, finds her weaknesses and strengthens them.

Billionaire's Pampered Wife

Billionaire's Pampered Wife

Narrowing his eyes, he asked warily, "Are you telling the truth?" "Do I look like I'm lying?" Waverly retorted. "Why do I feel that you are deceiving me all the time?" Joseph said firmly, kissing Waverly again. "Whether you're telling the truth or not, I have already taken it seriously. If you are fooling me, I promise that I will engrave myself in your memories, even if I turn to ash."

Her Alpha King

Her Alpha King

I was questioned endlessly, but thanks to the bond with my wolf, I was able to lie convincingly. They didn’t believe me—why would they? But they had no proof, and more importantly, no right to treat me like a prisoner. I had played my part well, and it baffled me how foolish they were to think I would simply tell them the truth. The bond with one’s wolf was sacred in the werewolf realm, and by the decree of the Moongoddess, a wolf could never lie. But mine did. Somehow, I managed to deceive them, and it worked.

Pregnancy Deception

Pregnancy Deception

"Why should I suffer after being cheated on? Is it really enough for me to just let her leave empty-handed? Maybe that's just what they want so that they could play happy family while I lose everything. If that happens, I will lose both my pride and money." With that thought in mind, I pulled over and bought three packs of the abortion medicine. The man said they were disguised as regular prenatal supplements but had subtle counteracting properties. Even professionals wouldn't be able to tell if anything was wrong with it. Plus, it would be impossible to detect something wrong with the medicine since the effect was slow. When I got home, Vicky was lounging on the sofa in a silk dress. She wa

Contracted to Deceive

Contracted to Deceive

“I never sold drugs, Gabriel… I never did. Ethan wiped my accounts and cheated on me with some woman… and I just, I didn’t have a choice.” “So because your ex cheated on you, you thought it was okay to accept a fucking contract to deceive me?” My voice cracks, a low growl escaping as I take another step toward her. My body is vibrating with rage. “Is that your excuse, Gloria? That I’m just a pawn in your pathetic little game of survival?” Her face pales, and I see her eyes shimmer with pain, but I don’t care. “Was it all a lie?” I push, my voice breaking. “Every fucking thing we shared? Was it just an act to make sure I fell for you, so you could secure your contract? Was it all fake from th

Love and deceit

Love and deceit

I could barely process the words—they fell over me like cold water, each syllable a reminder of the obligations imposed upon me. I clutched the bouquet in my hands as I repeated the vows, my voice trembling as if I were reciting them for someone else. Every word was laced with sorrow and defiance: “I, Aurora Reynolds, take you, Damien Sterling…” My voice wavered as I spoke, feeling that each promise was not a commitment to love, but rather a surrender to a destiny that was never truly my own.

Switching Vows

Switching Vows

Convinced her figure was superior to mine, she moved closer with a seductive smile, her gaze brimming with allure. In her mind, all men could be won over with enough charm and attention. This was how she had lured Henry away in our past lives, flaunting herself shamelessly under my nose. Surely this dull professor would be no different. However, she underestimated Quinn's pride and sense of morality as a man. His face darkened, and he bolted out of the room without another word. He raced down the stairs, and ran straight into the street. There, he shouted at the top of his lungs, "Whose old sow got loose and ended up in my house? Come and claim her now!"
