He looked like a Spirit wolf. The Gamma launched at him, but Damien successfully dodged. The Gamma attacked again, and Damien dodged. They were at it for a while with Damien dodging every attack. It was clear Alex didn't want to hurt him. Getting frustrated he turned to mist to attack, but Damien did something no spirit wolf had ever done before. He stood on his hind legs, grabbed the head of the mist and pinned it down. A golden light began to emit from him. The rest of the pack backed away, afraid of being touched by the light. The Gamma became whole again under Damien's paws, and Alex spoke in what seemed like a roar.

“Is that right, old Griffin? You really think you could take on all of us?” Apollo snorted, his feathers ruffling down his spine. “I’m ‘ure I’ll have sum ‘elp.” Creed stepped forward, Adam now noticing that the scar he had placed on his face and neck was wiped away. Creed’s face now showed emotion, his eyebrows set in a stiff position of anger. Warriors pointed, wondering why Creed’s disturbing appearance was now that of a strong, magnificent dragon-shifter.

Ubuntu scoffed. "Wait, wait, wait. I never knew that y'all were this much." He screeched, letting out a crooked, unapologetic grin. He waded his eyes around the Mountain Dew pack, and he spotted the somewhat large number of warriors, then he asked, "Are you a group of rogues, or what? Cause I didn't know you guys existed until now."

I watch him pass me and note the lettering on the back of his cut. Nightmare Warriors.

I said out loud, and I saw the color drain from his face. His head snapped everywhere, looking for someone, until it fell on Ron, who was standing at the side of the makeshift stage. But before Maddox could order him to fight on his behalf, Ron beat him to it. “I, Warrior Ron Illustre, resign as the Gamma’s second in command and denounce Alpha Maddox as my Alpha and Dark Forest Pack as my pack. Effective today, I am considered a lone wolf, and I submit my loyalty to Lady Nadine Montrell.” He said, and soon enough, more warriors began denouncing the pack.

“All you have to do is brew a coffee, you idiot!” Frank Gore smacked me over the head with the back of his hand. He was more frightening and intimidating than Cranon. He was tall and huge, more muscular, and had a brown scary eye. He was the leader of the warriors since Cranon took the throne. Red Moon Pack, is the name of the pack that was once mine. The warriors cared for no one except themselves and their petty mates. Cranon had more slaves than pack members, we were all packed up like sardines in here, pushing and shoving among ourselves on who gets to be sold out first.

Drake spoke to one of the warriors and the man shifted and ran back towards their pack. “He’s bringing the car,” Drake said and Troy nodded. Even though he hated the idea of bringing the rogues into their pack grounds, he wouldn’t let the pregnant woman walk that far. “My name’s Rico, Alpha of the former Red Moon Pack, this is my Luna, Adriana,” Rico said and turned back to his small pack. “That’s my Beta, Jimmy, my Gamma, Leon, my warriors, Jake, Warren and Duncan. That’s Olivia and the two kids are Josh and Clementine. We’re all that’s left of Red Moon.”

If the warriors surrendered, there would be no need for more bloodshed. As long as the masterminds were killed, it was over. The warriors were simply following orders. Of course, if they decided they wanted to keep up the attack, she would not spare any of them. One of the werewolves stepped forward. “I’m the Beta of the Crescent Star Pack. On behalf of our warriors and all our troops, I surrender.”

His black hair was trimmed and looked nice in bringing a curl to the corner of my lip. “We need to prepare for a war with the ignorant rogues. That Lindsay bitch, along with her twat daughter and husband, are stirring up a hell storm because I supposedly took their pup,” Styx said, using finger quotes. Rolling my eyes I growled bitterly. “Can't they fight their own battles? You clean up nicely, old man,” I commented from the living room. Hearing his chuckle I smiled then asked if all his men joined him. Shaking his head, he sighed and said, “Some preferred to join the rogues, which sucks because I will have to kill those I once considered friends.”
