Hopeless Warriors

Hopeless Warriors

A life full of pretending to be happy, when all I wanted to do was run. I stole a glance at Victor to see his gaze already fixed on me. As always, he knew me well enough to guess what was going on inside me and the sad smile resting on his aging face was only proof of that. Now that Lissa was meeting possible matches to marry, that meant it was only a matter of time until I did as well, which could only mean that my dreams of being a great warrior and protecting my family with fierceness and steel would soon come to an end.

His Plump Mate

His Plump Mate

I sneered at the warriors. I looked at the warriors. “It’s true. I have accepted Julian, and I am your future Luna. Perhaps you should confirm it, and that way, Julian will go easier on you when I tell him that you both didn’t know you were being belligerent to his chosen mate.” The warriors looked at each other, and then one pulled out his phone. He dialed Julian. I don’t know what Julian said to the guy, but when that warrior hung up, he came over immediately.

Really enjoying using this app! It’s easy to navigate, has a great selection of books, and the rewards make reading even more enjoyable. I’ve already discovered several books I might not have found otherwise. Definitely worth downloading if you love reading.

Pros: Great story Attention grabbing You won't want to stop reading it Cons: The Chapters are short The follow up chapters continue the same monologue from previous chapters instead on making different scenes, pov, and conversations Needs: Chapters need more paragraphs, combine chapters into 1

The White Warrior

The White Warrior

On cue, Jade gave a pained whimper. “Please, help me,” Jade said, feigning injury. “I… I think I broke my leg.” “That’s not my problem,” the guard said, barely glancing at Jade. He laid down the bowl of rice gruel on the floor and turned to leave. “Wait!” Jade rushed forward and grabbed the guard’s leg. “Please… I think the wound has festered.” The guard wriggled his leg away from Jade’s grip and turned to face her. “What do you mean the wound has festered?” he said, clearly irritated. “What the hell are you—”

Rebel Rising The Lost Alpha's Mate

Rebel Rising The Lost Alpha's Mate

Look frightened and cower so they move past you- -That’s a lot of warriors, Seb- Wren says warily, looking over her shoulder. -They are giving us this distraction. We can’t waste it- Right on cue, the warriors move forward, leaving behind a few to guard the way through the wall. Wren whimpers and drops to the ground, covering her head in fake fear. I spin to face my old pack mate and her force. Slowly I inch away toward the warriors, in my own faux worry, until they step past me. Wren pops her head up and peeks at me. Rising to her feet again, I can see the hesitation in her tense body, so I run to her side, dragging her into my arms.

Second book of yours I'm reading, I've also read the Mate Gamble. This is right on par with that and I plan on keeping it for a reread. Was seeing that there was going to be a sequel is that still in the works? And we definitely need a book for Tank. Can't wait for that one! .........

Four Times Rejected, Destined for The Throne

Four Times Rejected, Destined for The Throne

“In Moon Howlers, we have a special gown for the installation of high rankings, but I want you to look absolutely stunning.” “I’ll come along with you,” Walther unexpectedly announced, inserting himself into the conversation. I frowned, the Chief Warrior’s behavior around my mother had become increasingly casual. He made little effort to hide his subtle admiration for her. My mother once confessed he’d been her childhood crush but that was ancient history, long buried beneath duty and silence. Or so I thought. “Chief Warrior, do you not have a mate of your own with whom you can shop?” I asked dryly, my gaze still fixed firmly on Anna’s face, making a point of not looking at him.

Talon - A Warriors MC Romance

Talon - A Warriors MC Romance

“Very few injuries on our side, nothing serious. We’re working on patching over the other chapters. Two left.” “Patching over?” Laura murmured, “What’s that mean?” I pushed off the counter and moved to stand behind her, my hands resting on her shoulders. She leaned back into me instinctively, and I felt that ache in my chest again. “Means we’re absorbing them,” I explained, my voice low. “Their chapters, their members, their territory. They either join the Warriors or they’re out of the game entirely.” She tilted her head, looking up at me with those big blue eyes. I always felt like they could see straight through me. “And if they don’t want to join?”

The creases on his forehead deepen, and I’m lying if I say that I don’t want to smoothen it for him. “Where the hell did you get that idea?!” “I defeated the three snake monsters. I think I can be a warrior. I’m not as strong as your generals yet, but I can be one of your foot soldiers.” He winds his arms around my waist, and I take in air at his proximity, at the way our bodies touch each other. Then he forces a kiss on my mouth. Damn this mate bond. I still want him! “You are my lover! You will not become my warrior!”

Rejected Luna: I Will Take Everything Mine

Rejected Luna: I Will Take Everything Mine

Duncan pointed at my hand, imitating Beta Caleb’s style when he spoke to him about it. “Although the elders stated that you are their Alpha, Beta Caleb, Gamma Gabriel, and Delta Vanessa stated loudly that they will never submit to your orders, and all the generals and warriors are on their side,” Duncan said with a mocking smile at me. “The 1000 warriors they sent to train with our warriors are also loyal to their pack. They don’t want to mingle with our warriors after they finish training.” Duncan shook his head. “Doesn’t that make you happy, Beta?” My eyebrow raised, and I stared at him coldly. “You disagreed with me. Their firm reaction now is what you wanted to see all along.”

My Beta Charming

My Beta Charming

The wolves had done the unthinkable! They hadn’t merely defeated the creatures from hell; they had shattered the myth of Zen's invincibility. Their victory was an open challenge to Zen's authority. The wolves’ cheers echoed through the air, buzzing with triumph. Sean dragged himself through the warriors, patting shoulders, offering brief nods of approval. It was a gesture born of habit. In that moment, he forgot he was no longer the beta. The warriors too gravitated toward him, seeking his acknowledgment as they always had after a victorious battle. He may not hold the badge, but he was still their commander.
