—Thursday, three in the afternoon. I had difficulty sleeping last night. I slept maybe five hours a best and then it was plagued with nightmares. They were a confusing mash of elements. The beastly creature, the attack, mental institutions, a monster transformation I think, the creature finding me again, and me being caged in a straight jacket. As expected, morale was low upon waking this morning but I was determined to continue my day and to fight this.

I looked up and I swear I saw my Demon standing at the foot of my bed, but I think I was just discombobulated. I was still trying to discern fact from fiction. This wasn’t like any dream I had ever dreamt. It felt foggy, almost like it wasn’t my own. Like I may have been watching it from the sidelines, but somehow was also able to interact with it. Lucid dreaming maybe? I know I sounded crazy, but I was feeling crazy. Wynter stirred lazily, not remembering my dream at all, she must have been in one of her own.

He is the Beta from my dream. "You....!" I pointed at him while staggering backwards. I feel my wolf's strength leave me. We both became so weak. "That's wolfsbane sweetie," he winks at me as I kept staggering back from him. "You..are from my dream...!" I stuttered as a wave of dizziness hit me real bad. "No pretty. I am real. Your nightmare actually," he winks at me before I finally black out. . T B C

Forever. On a chilled January afternoon, I’d shared this dream with my friend, Biswa and my elder brother Nisim. Biswa looked baffled. He had laughed at it and said it was all because of reading Alice in Wonderland over and over again? I was baffled too, because Biswa knew so much about fantasies and dreams and visions and he laughed. I was baffled because for me dreams, fantasies and vision were the same thing. Stories.

Only a few old structures looked familiar. "Now what? Uber? This era has got Uber, right?" I said. "With what?" Randy asked. "If this is a dream, can't we control it with our minds?" "You mean, lucid dreaming?" "Yeah, why not?" "Worth a shot, but it might be risky." Controlling dreams was tricky, especially in this weird shared one. We tried standing still, focusing, but nothing happened. Lucid dreaming didn't work here. I gave up. "Let's just walk. We'll find it."

I flopped back unto the chair like a rag doll. Damn! I was messed up now. I picked up my phone and winced at the bright light that hit my eyes. What! The time said 13 midnight. But that can't be right, so I shook my head to clear the cobwebs, but that just made me dizzy. Everywhere was spinning. I tried standing up again, but slipped and fell. I cackled gleefully. This was hilarious. I decided to lay on the floor and blacked out thereafter. ***********

He shook his head and chuckled like it was the most ridiculous thing he had ever heard. "Ok, close your eyes and concentrate on what you want to be. Picture it in your mind." I closed my eyes and did as I was instructed. A white rabbit appeared in my head with one round gray spot covering its left eye. I focused on every detail of the rabbit in my vision. I opened my eyes frustrated. "It's not working." Liam smiled and gently said, "Try again."

Brent looked down at his senseless legs and phantom pain in lower half of his body, veins bulging in his tense arms. Time seemed to stop in his room. He didn't know why he'd downloaded the tape he'd just made. Such sensations inexplicably turned him on. With red eyes, he cast the video onto the ceiling of his bedroom. The video played over and over again as he just lay there on the bed, reaching out to touch it. As if this way, the bathtub beneath the woman was his embrace. It was not until the early hours of the morning that he fell into a light sleep with his old dreams.

I nod staying silent. "Come soak yourself in the bathtub." Mrs Tabitha calls out. I released a nervous breath walking into the circle, and over to the bathtub. I put my right leg into the bathtub first, then my left leg... releasing another nervous breathe I laid inside the bathtub, the water soaking my body. "Slowly slip into your subconsciousness, picture where you want to be right now and who you want to find. Lucas cap would be able to get you connected." Sir Adalard whispered into my ear guiding me.

AFTER Lily I wake up at six AM. Groggy and damp with sweat. I had another nightmare featuring Luc. We were arguing on a shore, foamy waves lapping at our ankles. Strong winds hoisted us up in the air, somehow when we were flung at the middle of the ocean Luc could swim perfectly, floating weightlessly on the dark, angry waters. But I was sinking fast like a heavy boulder. My mouth like an open cave, calling out for Luc, water infiltrated my lungs and the wiry hands of the ocean pulled me into its belly.
