So much for a coordinated attack. Kids screaming not knowing what to do. I run in and take out my gun and shoot a wolf in the head that has john pinned. John looks over and nods in thanks and pushes the wolf off him. I shoot a few more wolves I don't recognise and every one of them drop. Wolfsbane laced bullets. A werewolves kryptonite. As I'm going around shooting when I need, I turn around just in time to see my mother's head being torn from her body.

Jamie got in the passenger seat and fastened his seatbelt. "My mother wants to know if she can invite ten more people," Jamie said, typing on his phone. Emma stopped the car when she heard that. He turned to look at her, surprised. "What happened?" Emma's hands tightened on the leather steering wheel. "Ten more people? And what about the thirty she invited four days ago? We agreed that the wedding would be simple, with people close to us." "Darling, they're family friends." "This wedding is for us, we're not inviting all of New York. There's a certain number of plates for the guests, and I can't buy more food plates. I already bought thirty four days ago."

There was less fanfare at the start of the Strategy trial compared to the previous Games. Maddie didn’t know if it was because the Alpha had advised the Silver Moon wolves to be wary of the battle ahead, making them stay inside, or if the urgency to push the trials on was making them lose their prestige, but it made the whole event feel lacklustre. So far, since the trial started, Maddie had only spoken to Jess and one other wolf, and that was to secure her base for the game. Joe was happy to let her use his bar, though he had the condition that she’d have to pay for any damages. The building was made to handle drunk wolves, so she was confident in its structure, and if anyone came to take h

I greeted, I wanted nothing more than to zoom off. “Hello, are you going home, can I ride in your car?” My eyes instantly twitched in irritation, how the hell am I supposed to send this viper away without getting bitten?

Like I have already told you Judy dear…’’ he began uncertainly. ‘’Blast what you have already told me; it sickens me if you ask me. The syndicate means nothing to you—absolutely nothing. You have been faithful to it all these years not because you love it but because you are a coward, Joe,’’ she hissed in a disgusted manner. ‘’ The question of cowardice does not come into it, it’s just…,’’ he began to say. ‘’Oh yes, it does. You are a fucking coward Joe.’’

Adriano says jerking me from my thoughts. "Truce" I agree, lying to his face. Smiling, I offer him my hand. Sorry Babe I think as I help him up from the floor, I made a deal with the devil and it's your soul that he wants.................. [Song: Black widow - Iggy Azalea feat. Rita Ora]

Again and again, over and over again, I repeated her name to myself, internally going crazy from the ever-increasing distance between us. Nothing-nothing... We won't be apart for long. How did she say? Belongs to the alpha of the gray wolf clan? Well, that's even more interesting. Hunting has always been one of my favorite pastimes. Let's play baby... I grinned and walked towards the classic fire metallic sports car parked nearby, which always and everywhere travels with me. Well what can I say? Everyone has their weaknesses. For me — this is my iron baby. In fact, I should have been somewhere else. But since the werewolf I needed was absent now and was supposed to return only by morning, I

The side door suddenly swung open and slammed against the wall. Two figures rushed out and charged straight at Corbin. It was Jared and Hector. Jared drove his weight into the comparatively gaunt Corbin from the right. At the same time, Hector struck from the left and snatched the remote the moment Corbin's grip loosened, then kicked it as far away as possible. Jared seized Corbin's arm and wrenched it behind his back, pinning him in place. The crazed man could only scream, "Let me go!"

She nodded slightly before peering deeper into the store. " There's an arcade game at that corner over there. Want to play?" " Uh... Sure. " " You have a penny?" " A few coins." We walked over to the arcade and she slotted a coin into it and soon the arcade popped to the life. It was just a regular game, nothing fancy, but she looked good at it. " You know how to play?" I asked.

A silly little game, that is all it was supposed to be but it turned to so much more. It was four years ago and I was fourteen. It was my brother's going away party. At sixteen male werewolves go to academy to serve in the military and prepare for their adult roles in the pack. My brother Bo and his best friend Drake were leaving the next day. The adults had already called it a night and the teenagers had somehow ended up in the basement playing truth or dare, typical dumb kid stuff. When it came to Drake's turn, he was challenged to draw a name from a cup and go play seven minutes in heaven with them. He drew my name. I had always had a crush on Drake and this was my chance. He was gorgeous
