Deluca ordered his men, who immediately went after the rogues. The rogues ran into the woods, but Deluca did not doubt that his guards would be able to find them and bring them back. A little curious, Deluca walked over to the woman who was still lying lifeless on the ground. He wanted to see if she was a wolf from his pack, and if she was, he would be sure to give her a proper burial. Deluca, however, stopped dead in his tracks when he saw the face of the woman lying on the ground.
