Fourteen Days To Forever

Fourteen Days To Forever

He figures he should probably assess his next move for when time’s up so that he can really relax and energize afterwards. He takes his backpack from the floor next to him and extricates his worn out, folded map. He’d stole it from a particularly dumb, easy-to-outrun, rogue alpha years ago. The map detailed the borders of every pack territory in the Western Lands. He takes out a pen from his bag and marks Brook Territory with a red X. After a while of wandering through the continent, he decided it would be easier if he kept track of the areas he’s been in and if they were friendly or not.

Her thirst for vengeance

Her thirst for vengeance

“The map.” I frowned as I moved closer. “What about it?” He spread it out for me to see. “We’ve searched almost everywhere. Every territory, every hidden path, every known route… and nothing.” I studied it carefully before something clicked. “This only covers the werewolf lands,” I pointed out. “What about the northern continent?” He shook his head. “It’s unlikely. Anyone powerful enough to do this from there would have been noticed crossing into our territory.” “Still,” I said quietly, “anything is possible.”

Ice Cold - Part One: The Dark Zone

Ice Cold - Part One: The Dark Zone

“In the far western corner of these territories. That’s where the Ravennites have gathered.” Robert looked at him with a quick smile of cooperation. He never set his sword down, but he walked over to another shelf and pulled a large, filthy, rolled up object with a thick, paper-like surface. He unraveled it on a small table in the corner of the room and told Alex to approach it. Upon examining it, he could see that it was a map of the Dark Zone, similar to the ones Delmar kept in the tower, but this one appeared to be much more plain, and it was not even completely finished. Alex noticed a large chunk of information was not drawn in around the map’s western portion. Clearly, this was all the

Sold to the Ruthless Lycan king (The Lycan's flame).

Sold to the Ruthless Lycan king (The Lycan's flame).

It’s the map of the four Kingdoms and every time he’s asked me to look at it and tell me where I feel I would hide something that really mattered to me. It begs the question, why would I hide something that matters to me on a map? But Lyros says I'm getting it all wrong. It’s not the map I should be focused on, it’s what’s on the map. “Each time I look at it, it just looks like scrawlings and landmarks. I can see the forests, the fortresses, the wolf packs littered around and the werewolf settlements, the mountains, the seas, the capitals of some kingdoms, and the woods that surround their borders, it’s all on paper and it all looks the same to me.

Bonded To The Alpha God of War

Bonded To The Alpha God of War

She lay back on the bed, staring at the carved stone ceiling until her eyes fluttered shut and dreams claimed her. … The war council chamber was lit by the glow of torches. Lucien sat at the head of the stone table with Ronan at his right, when Ira entered, bowing her head. “Alpha Lucien,” she said firmly. “You sent for me.” “Yes.” Lucien’s voice was steady and low. He unrolled a massive map across the table, its parchment marked with inked symbols and careful lines. Every territory lay there the North Wings, the East and West, and the South Wings. His lands covered from the South Wings to the Centrals.

Werewolf Summer Camp with the future Alphas

“It’s not an actual kingdom. He’s not even on the map.” Evan says as I look through the books in the library. Got it! I pull the book from the shelf and lay it over the map and flip through the pages until I see the picture I was looking for. “Maybe not, but it is in the books.” I say pointing to the picture of the green valleys and mountains. “This is what I saw.” I tell him and he looks over it. “You’re sure?” He asks, and I nod.

The Alpha's Fate

The Alpha's Fate

The closer I looked, the more I could see it was a hand-drawn map of the territories in the area, including Bloodmoon, Nature Eclipse, and the Nightseekers. "This shows us everything stretching from the West to the East. North, as we know, are past the mountains and South is getting closer to human territory. Now, I think if he were to wander anywhere, he'd end up in roughly this area." He pointed to a location on the map just before the Azure Mountains, off into the wooded area. "However, if he were taken, that'd be a different story entirely." My mind whirred as the images of my vision came back, pressing to the forefront, demanding attention. It was trying to tell me something, and I coul

THE GIRL IN THE MANUSCRIPT

THE GIRL IN THE MANUSCRIPT

But here it is, all laid out in black ink on yellowed paper, real as the stone under her feet, detailed enough to make her feel like she was never writing a story at all — just taking dictation from a world that already existed. She pulls one of the rolled maps from the shelf and unrolls it on the table. It shows the entire continent, with names she never invented — the Scarred Lands to the north, the Salt Plains to the east, the Glass Mountains to the west. Roads wind through territories she left blank, rivers carve paths she never imagined, cities bear names that feel both familiar and alien. In the corner, a small symbol is drawn in red ink — a crow holding a key in its beak, the same mar

Rejected by My Alpha, Claimed by the Lycan King

After almost ten minutes, he came back carrying a tube like those used to carry paintings and he opened it and out came a map and he spread it on the table. “This is a map of all packs, covens and vampire clans on this side of the world. It was drawn fifty years ago and we modify it according to the changes that happen. Twenty years ago, the Vale clan used to reside on this part of the forest,” Darius explained as he pointed on the western side of the map. "That means that whoever you are looking for is most probably still on these sides of the map. I will arrange everything with Jose today and then you and I and some warriors will leave tomorrow to go looking for the people you want.

The King's faceless wife.

The King's faceless wife.

When Lunch time passed though I caved and made my way to the large library to ask for a map of the five Kingdoms. Lady Waina was not there to revived my visit. The girls told me that she's been weak lately but they were more than happy to look for the man I needed. Once they gave me the map, I sat down at one of the large tables and laid the map flat on top of the table. It wasn't hard to understand which Kingdom was which. The flags each Kingdom possessed were unique and easy to understand. I searched for the neutral territory. It's a small green land that is not marked with any of the flags of the five Kingdoms.

Wonderful story with very engaging characters. Overall this needs good editing, spell checks, etc. but the story and character developments flowed well that my internal translator was automatically engaged.
