Emma's POV The night before we were set to return home, we decided to celebrate our last evening in Las Vegas with a special dinner at one of the city’s most renowned restaurants. Ryan had made reservations at a rooftop venue that overlooked the entire Strip, and as we sat down at our table, the view took my breath away. The city sprawled out beneath us, a glittering sea of lights that seemed to go on forever.

He said and Blakeley bit her lip. “In a good way?” She asked with a smile. “Yeah. Maybe.” He replied and she giggled. He stared at her and moved his eyes to her boobs. He placed his hand on it and gave it a soft squeeze. He suddenly lifted her and stood up, Blakeley giggled and he carried her to the bed, he placed her on it and kissed her. “Let's do something fun on our last night in Las Vegas.” ******** THE NEXT DAY MORNING

“Kierra, you should be the last person placing bets. You still owe me $15k.” Our smiles matched as we were reminded of our wild time in Las Vegas. I wish I could say I was disappointed that we spent most of our last day in bed, but I wasn’t. I spent my day wrapped in the tender embrace of the woman I loved, and there was nowhere I’d rather be.

They sipped their drinks, chatted, and took in the stunning view of the Las Vegas Strip. The rest of the night was a blur of music, laughter, and adventure. They danced until the lights came on, and then stumbled out of the club, exhausted but exhilarated. As they made their way back to their luxurious suite at the Bellagio, Matilda turned to her friends with a grin. "Best. Night. Ever!" she exclaimed, and they all cheered in agreement, taking selfies. They lodged at a hotel to spend the night. Once Amanda had changed into her night gown, she headed towards Paige's room, eager to speak to her.

My hands were shaking. “Where is she?” Elliot rushed around to look at the monitor. I shut the laptop. “We are going to Vegas.”

Las Vegas? Of all the places I expected to wake up after leaving Chengdu, that city had never once crossed my mind. “You brought me all the way here?” I asked. “You came willingly,” he corrected calmly. I could not argue with that. He leaned back slightly in his chair before continuing. “I have business here,” he explained. “An exclusive gathering tonight.” I raised an eyebrow. “What kind of gathering?” “The HGS Clan is hosting a private party.” My hand paused halfway to the cup.

“Hey, don’t bug him. He needs his rest.” “Whatever, sis.” Vince rolled his eyes on her and called Ryo. “Bro!” he said when the call connected. “Vince, what’s up?” Ryo’s perky voice tickled Ellie’s ears. Her heart somersaulted in her chest at the sound of his voice. “We’re crashing at Ellie’s tonight. Are you up for a game of Fortnite?” “Sure! Sure! Just call me. I’ll bring a friend along as well.” “Ryo, aren’t you supposed to be resting tonight? You have a long shoot.” Ellie could not help but interject.

Nothing about this was normal. Still, they were trying. Being in a new environment was definitely helping, but of course, they were in the same truck. They were heading towards a familiar destination, located in an area Calix had learned to despise because of Kat. Speaking of Kat, her Britney Spears high had already petered out as they drove along the length of the Vegas Strip. She'd gotten extremely twitchy, which earned her a couple of shouts from drivers. Only when they stopped at the parking area of Midnight Climax did she get steady.

I shrugged. “I think that will take me a lifetime.” he sighed. “Good thing that’s the plan, husband.” I winked. He laughed, reaching over to rub at my thigh. “And I’m looking forward to it.” he smiled. I squinted as the lights of Vegas suddenly filled my vision. “Damn, this city is bright. Here I thought NYC was supposed to be the city that never sleeps.” I chuckled as I glanced around, seeing people still out and about at two am.

Casper nodded in response when Caddaric broke the news, “Carter, Colton, we are leaving for Vegas. Allan got Sanj, Schumer, and Bruce’s locations.”
