The sunlight seeped in slowly through the linen curtains—warm, golden, and languid. It bathed everything in warm, forgiving hues. Lily woke up for the first time in a long time without the weight of nightmares. No jolts. No screams muffled in her throat. Just breath. Steady. Real.

He slammed the table and cursed loudly, "That scum from The Light Council is asking for death! I propose we strike first and declare war on them!" Immediately, some of the Cabinet Elders voiced their agreement. However, Rocco said, "The Light Council isn't some small faction. It's the world's most mysterious and powerful force. You could even say it's an entire nation of its own." Lark nodded in agreement. "He's right. The Light Council's strength rivals that of any nation. They have countless powerful individuals, millions of troops, and high-tech weaponry. They probably even possess nuclear weapons. After all, The Light Council has always been close to Mihany."

Just like a light bulb, the vision within a radius of ten meters suddenly became clear. Sebastian was naturally familiar with this; it's called a "Light Cocoon." It's a tiny creature, similar to a cicada, and is woven from threads excreted by spirit beasts. It can be suspended or placed anywhere.
