What Is A Patronus From Harry Potter Novels & Stories

The next second however, the wolves were flying through the air with painful shrilling screams. "What the-- ?" Perces stopped and looked around. Nothing. Nothing except the fact that all his wolves were now howling in pain on the ground. "What did you do?!" Perses yelled. "Well, honestly? Nothing. You are not blind, are you?" Erebus finally stood up, stretching. "Erebus! I will--" Perses sentence was yet again cut off, and this time he finally saw what was happening-- Dim Patronus! It was Erebus's legendary Dim Patronus! Several huge dark wolves loomed out of the darkness, surrounding Erebus.

"Words are, in my not-so-humble opinion, our most inexhaustible source of magic. Capable of both inflicting injury, and remedying it." ― Albus Dumbledore, Harry Potter, and the Deathly Hallows * H U N T E R J O N E S | The Lovestruck Bad Boy I unlocked the door and hold it open so the girls could get in. After having lunch and getting desserts with the girls, I felt bad for leaving Nat alone at home so we had cut our Christmas shopping short and gone home afterward.

The girl turned to face Giselle who gulped at the sight of her. "Hello, Giselle. Are you going somewhere?" The girl smiled and took steps closer to Gisele. "Deandra!" Giselle could feel the power of the patron as it held her rooted to the spot. "Who is she?" Lorraine butted in, asking Giselle for the identity of this strange girl. Her body could sense the intense power that radiated from this young girl, telling her that this was a powerful creature in front of them. And if Lorraine could fathom a guess, this would be a Patron.

Who am I to think my pain is any greater? "Beta Forrester," Parris, the smiling young hybrid from the Boston coven, bounces towards me, a small box in his hand. "I think this will work for you, I sense a bit of witch about your edges," he peers at me sideways, squinting, peering at the color of my aura. Parris is a very rare type of witch, a tinker, with the ability to see connections between things. This allows him to not only see a person's potential, but also discover new ways to use materials to create spell tools to serve unique purposes.

"Noticed that, didn't you? Auror Tonks here, have an ability called metamorphmagus, it allows her to change her appearance at will." At the explanation, Auror Tonks started her own show, cycling through different colors of hair and different shapes of noses, much to the boy's entertainment. "That's brilliant!" The boy said as Auror Tonk went back to her 'original' pink hair and nose. At that moment the fire in the fireplace flared into tall green flames and Professor McGonagall walked out of it. "Good morning, Professor McGonagall, we were waiting for you." The strict witch looked around the office and took in the presence of Amelia Bones and two aurors, and Larry Potter.

The Third Elder also had a darkened expression on his face and was extremely angry. “Yes, who is this person? They really have the guts!” Two other elders joined the conversation angrily. After all, the Ninth Patronum was a master of the semi-god status. They had spent lots of cultivation resources to groom such a strong master and his death was a huge loss for the Woods family.

Her boss… well, he’d love a royal in his clutches, especially Maeve, given her skillset. The thought makes my stomach turn, or maybe that’s biting hunger, I’m not sure, but I go back inside, and the witches are disappointed to find out that Patton left. He must come here sometimes. He left the basket, and it’s one of his fancy ones. He’ll return for it when it’s safe, I’m sure, and I do my best to explain that to the witches while watching the old witch continue her inspection of the bowl in the center of the room.

The children in the line gasps, and the chest snaps open. In the chest on a velvet pillow lies a sharp sapphire, and the Headmistress announces. "A sapphire. Apt for a telekinetic." The witches gathered burst into a cheer and clap loudly as the little girl grins, clutching the sapphire. "She'll get that in the necklace form before she starts class," Leita states. "Her aspect belongs to the paranormal category like Matron Aldar's does." “This all looks very Harry Potter-esque.” I muse. Ophelia hears this and shoots me a dirty look. “Do not speak the name of that book in my presence, I beg you.”

Not even Las Vegas would create a feature theme park like this. “I also have this.” Patricia clears her throat, holding an open book in front of me - it looked almost identical to the necklace I was wearing, the only difference was the stone was oval and not tear-shaped. Two whole pages are written in a language I didn’t understand which contained an image of what hung heavy around me. “It’s a witch’s amulet. If you really aren’t from here and from another world or realm, it probably brought you here.” How does something like this happen?

I drank it all in one swift movement. Jason, I wouldn't beg for your love again. I was going to love myself. So… Why are you the one who ended up regretting it? ... I looked at the crystal vial in my hand. The pale, pink liquid shimmered inside, giving off a scent that was both mesmerizing and dangerous. This was the legendary Love Potion, the forbidden magic of our world of Werewolves. Drink it, and the target would have "love" etched deep into their soul for seven years.
