"Please finish everything. Takumi's curse showed up a year before the said deal, we won't know what other things he's capable of." Mistress Karamazov nodded and called her men to assist her with the ritual. Truly, in order to complete such custom, a life must be sacrificed and, in that event, it's Tomoya's. He might have known what his life is for, but as a child, he didn't really have the idea that he'd die that day in the most agonizing way. Tomoya watched himself being tied on a pole bolted just opposite to Takumi's and smiled.

Rupert popped out tye question that’s been running in my head the whole time. Mariko close her eyes, muttering some words she only understand. After a while, she cut the part of the incense that was light up and soak it in the water. “Like I said, finding the cure wouldn’t be easy. Darren was curse by the Luna. The leader of the Silver Dawn pack and died after.” Dad and Mom was shocked. They didn’t know what happen to Luna Aurora after she cursed me. “How did she die?” Dad uttered with a gasp.

“The curse is also slowly killing you. It’s designed to appear like natural aging—gradual organ failure, weakening bones, deteriorating health. Most people cursed like this die in their forties or fifties, and no one suspects magic.” My stomach dropped. “How long do I have?” Dr. Chen’s expression was sympathetic but honest. “At the current rate of deterioration? Maybe a year. Two at most.” The words hit like physical blows. A year. Maybe two. I’d survived Derek’s rejection, escaped Crescent Moon, found a second chance mate—only to discover I was dying anyway. “No.” Kael’s voice was absolute. “We’re breaking this curse.” Dr. Chen set down the scanner. “Kael, I need to show you something else.

He said. His words seemed unheard as the woman did not respond, she just kept crying and though Alexia was trying her best, she would not be consoled. She wept bitterly. Lucian left the two women on the floor and went out of the room. He sent a servant to the elders' houses to deliver the message. Kai was dead. Raphael was the first to come, then Bob, then Louis, then Bill. One by one they came and confirmed the death of Kai. The elders summoned the Lycans and they gathered at the base of the palace. With so much force, the next thing Kiara felt was a strong arm on her neck, and she found herself flying till her back hit the wall so hard making her groan in pain, This was the stupid disadvantage of being an Omega, they were never always strong enough to endure pain, "Kiara…" Cass yelled, but before he could get to her, she shut her eyes and slid into darkness. ________________ "Done," Taylor uttered. Scarlett rose from where she was sitting and came closer to the crystal ball, "Is he dead?" "No, not yet. He isn't dead yet." "What the hell is keeping him from dying? He should have been dead by now, Taylor so what are you doing?"

- Kai sighed slightly, focusing his eyes on the papers again. - I have a question.- Miyuki said, and Kai looked at her again, showing that was listening.- Why did my grandmother die? Why did she get cancer at all? Don't beings like sorceresses live forever, or at least are immune to human diseases?- she finally asked.- This thing has always puzzled me a lot.- Miyuki added after a moment.

No, I wasn't going to accept that. Reika was alive and inside the body of Zara. Zara’s soul was probably gone to the afterlife. Zara was involved in a plot to kill me and now Reika was pulled into it too. Reika was killed by Kaid and Lyra. That part, I could very much believe as I had the same suspicions. She was pregnant when she died. I could understand the vengeance that drove her. But nothing else made sense. I refuse to believe it. I settled into my swivel chair and buried my face in my palm.

I am not sure how or when...but..."

“Tell me, what's going on? Capra's one of the twelve zodiac fighters of the Quintus family. How did Capra die? “Capra has done so much for the family. Though he was seriously injured now, the Quintus family will never abandon him. Even if it means he has to spend the rest of his life forever in bed on life support. “I have entrusted you with such an important duty, but how did Capra end up being killed?” Jakoda held an iron whip in his hand, smacking the two big men’s bodies as he spoke, cracking their flesh open. “Master, please spare us.
