When they finished singing the birthday song, Lillian blew the candle and got hugged by Louve.

I wasn’t all suprised to find Haley at dinner. “Girrrl! We gotta talk later,” she said winking. Uhm, okay... About an hour later we arrived at the bowling alley and Haley pushed through Mary and said, "we have to use the little girls room!" She barreled by everyone in a hurry and shoved us into the bathroom. Haley handed me a small envelope with a huge grin. “Happy birthday girl!” I thanked her and took a small card out of the envelope. It was a California driver’s license with my school ID picture on it and it said I was 19. I looked at her and cocked my head to the side in confusion.
